The Corrupted would fall under the 'bad guys' as they are trying to make all of humanity Corrupted. The Purified are ex Corrupted with their humanity returned but are now stuck with the cybernetic changes. The Purified mostly try and fight back against the Corrupted as they know first hand what it's like.

(The Purified Drone presses a button on the device. The billboard shorts out and the image of the Trojan disappears. The Purified Drone looks at the billboard for a moment before turning to face the street. She has a new purpose now. She will fight the Corrupted. And she will start with the Trojans.)
