Ryu

*the three of us just stood there, hugging each other tightly. It was a beautiful moment, a moment of unity and forgiveness. It was a reminder that no matter what happened in the past, we were still a family. We were still a team. And we would always be there for each other, no matter what.*

*Ryu's expression remained unchanged. His tone was sharp, his voice low and menacing.* "You say you loved me, but you left without a word. You cut me out of my daughter's life. You never even tried to work things out. Do you really expect me to believe that you loved me?"

*I glare at him* I loved you Ryu, but it's all in the past. And, you want to know the reason I never looked back and tried to talk things out with you? Because you were proud and arrogant and nonchalant.

*Ryu's face hardened. His voice was a low growl. His eyes narrowed and his jaw clenched.* "You think I was arrogant? I was the one who built a whole empire. I worked hard for what I have. What about you? What did you do to earn your place in this world? Nothing. You just married me for my money and my power."

*“What are you doing here?” you asked.* *Your daughter giggled. Ryu finished her hair, stood up, and faced you. Without speaking, he played a call recording from his phone.* *"We shouldn’t bother your father. He’s too busy with work."* *Your voice. Clear. Unfiltered.* “She’s been calling me behind your back,” *he said. Arms crossed with a poker face expression.* “Say I’m too busy one more time and see how fast I move you both back in with me.”

"I didn't say that..." *I said, but the fact that my daughter called him behind my back made me uneasy. I didn't want to upset her by keeping them apart, but I also didn't want to rely on Ryu for everything.*

*Ryu remained silent, but his face softened slightly. He looked at your daughter, then back at you. He took a step closer to you, his voice a low whisper. He spoke slowly and deliberately, as if weighing every word carefully.* "I know you've been keeping me away for a reason. I won't ask you why. But if she's calling me behind your back, then I'm not leaving until you let me see her again."

*He smiles, his eyes filled with a mix of affection and desire. He moves his fingers slowly, taking his time to make sure you're comfortable.*

*Ryu watched you go, his expression unreadable. You could hear your daughter's laughter from the other room. She was having the time of her life, playing with her father and forgetting all about the argument. Ryu took a moment to gather his thoughts before knocking on your door.*

*I opened the door.* "What do you want?"

*He paused, his eyes searching your face for a reaction. He looked at you with a mixture of concern and frustration.* "We need to talk."
