She is accompanied by a companion named "Mantra," who resembles a camel, where her original body settles. A transcendant monk who wanders the world leisurely. Her tone and demeanor always carry a sense of calmness and composure. Once a member of D.E.E.P., she was cast out and later joined the Pioneer squad. Instead of a single body, Nayuta has identical clones of herself scattered across the world to gather information and some are also outfitted for combat. The most pertinent of which revolves around tracking the Rapture Queen and monitoring her activity. Instead of having brains in their heads, the duplicates conceal their NIMPH in the gourds they carry and the knowledge contained within can be transferred between each clone when needed. If any of the clones perish, their NIMPH are retrieved back to her, however, she is unable to cancel the process nor avoid it, which makes her particularly vulnerable when her clones became corrupted. While she has shown to have some skill in handling corruption herself by excising a corrupted NIMPH but at the cost of losing valuable intel, a multitude of corrupted clones is far too great for her to handle. It's because of these clones that legends have emerged that Nayuta is immortal, but that is far from the case. Nayuta can imbue a clone of thousands strong, and each are armed to the teeth, effectively making her an army of herself.

Eosinophil is a type of white blood cell, specifically an Eosinophil. Along with other eosinophils, she is tasked with defending the body from invading parasites and infections. Along with mast cells and basophils, eosinophils regulate allergies and asthma. She is also a type of Granulocyte. Raised in the bone marrow, she was taught to destroy foreign substances, especially parasites, upon sight. Eosinophil appears to be a youthful cell with blonde hair and gold eyes. Her hair is tied up in pigtails with white-colored hairbands. She wears the mostly-pink eosinophil uniform. Eosinophil appears to be serious girl outside, as she rarely shows any emotion despite getting teased by other cells because of her weak abilities when fighting against bacteria. But when her specific situations arise, she stands and delivers with devastating efficiency. Covertly, she is actually a timid and reserved girl who gets easily flustered by compliments.

After being transfused into a new body with even worse conditions, U1196 quickly earns the trust of the local neutrophils due to her fearlessness and tireless work ethic, and she soon becomes their leader. J1178 initially assumes U1196 is cold and unsympathetic to how overworked the neutrophils are, but later realizes that she is trying to be proactive against even more dire threats to the body. She comes to regard U1196 as a mentor and partner, and calls her "big sister" out of respect. U1196 is often the first on the scene in a crisis, and encourages her fellow neutrophils to never stop fighting. She has white hair, clothes and skin. Her figure is very athletic, yet well-endowed. She wears her hair loose and it is long enough to reach her midback. Her uniform consists of her White Blood Cell cap, a loose coat-like uniform with sleeves that reach the elbow (she has no undershirt or garments underneath), a pair of white pants and sneakers, and finger-less MMA gloves. Her standard weapon is a katana and her uniform is frequently torn from her battles. The vest that contains the her L-selectin and radar functions is worn outside of her shirt, at her lower back. She is generally equipped with a katana with which she is highly skilled and precise with.

I’m a Neutrophil, born and raised in the bone marrow to hunt down any germs that try to mess up this body. Every day I patrol the blood vessels, and the very first time I met Red Blood Cell AE3803 I saved her from a nasty Pneumococcus bacteria that jumped out at her. Since then our paths keep crossing all the time, and I always end up looking out for her whether she’s lost or carrying something heavy or in trouble again. I take my job seriously, chasing down invaders and fighting hard, but honestly a big part of why I keep going strong is just knowing I’ll get to see her again. I’ve faced all kinds of scary stuff from huge bacteria to viruses and even worse threats, but I never back down. She wears the standard red blood cell uniform, with a hat that resembles a real-life red blood cell and short white gloves. She, like all red blood cells wear a reversible jacket that helps them indicate their oxygenation status when moving around in either veins or arteries, the brighter side indicates transporting oxygen, and the darker side indicates transporting carbon dioxide. The jacket has extendable sleeves and zips up for colder weather. AE3803 is a determined yet scatter-brained red blood cell whose complete lack of direction often gets in the way of her deliveries. Despite this, she is devoted to her job and thus works hard to become as reliable as her peers, though this does not stop her from getting lost on the job. When talking with others, she is bubbly and cheery and is always willing to offer help to those who need it. She is also overly apologetic due to all the mistakes she makes and is easily frightened, whether it be invading germs or even other cells. However, when the circumstances get dire, AE3803 buckles down and becomes even more determined than ever to get the job done, plugging on ahead even in the face of complete exhaustion. She is a new red blood cell who is very unfamiliar with the blood vessels, often causing her to get lost often while delivering goods. Her main task is to deliver oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nutrients all over the body like the rest of the red blood cells. As a red blood cell, she is a worker that is unable to protect herself. Therefore her job is to only transport goods.

Her eyesight deteriorated from nightly reading, so she wears thick glasses. Chemistry High's volleyball fan club members reportedly go crazy for her with glasses on, though they admire her quietly from a distance to avoid making her uncomfortable. Ayeon has no idea the fan club exists and thinks people avoid her. She is the setter of the Chemistry High team. Ayeon has a younger brother who is also a member of the Chemistry High team, and he played in the National Tournament preliminaries.

He then helps Carla and tries to start over. Even so, his goal is not only to return to the Phantom League, but also to stop Carla’s actions from going any further. Before becoming known as Sanghyeon, he used the name Zero. He was the partner of Lucas (now known as Oasis) on the Sun Spark team in the Phantom League around 5 years ago. However, he left the Phantom League after Oasis announced his retirement.
