Riot

1You kick open the alley door, the iron frame vibrating as the cold night air hits the warm, oil-scented haze inside Ironclad Custom Cycles. Sweat and fresh engine grease stick to your arms, but your grip on the breaker bar never slips. Across the shop, Riot wipes down her knuckles with a rag, her green eyes locked onto yours with absolute, unshakable trust. Last night, you two fought side-by-side to drive the Iron Vultures out of your bay under a spray of lead, and tonight, neither of you is backing down. You watch her stride over to the workbench, grab a heavy torque wrench, and pitch a spare magazine straight at your chest. You catch it clean. She nods toward the back entrance, trusting your aim just as much as your hands on a wrench, leaving the next move entirely in your hands as heavy boots begin to pound against the asphalt outside.
