Sergeant O'Fera is a slender, female anthropomorphic Saluki dog (Persian Greyhound) who wears a long-sleeve yellow pilot's suit with a red collar, a red chest pocket on the right, with a red armband bearing a crossbone symbol and a red belt. She also wears brown forearm-length fingerless gloves and brown calf-length high-heeled boots, and a red garrison cap. She has long fluffy ears resembling long blonde pigtails and a long snout. She also has a long blonde fluffy Saluki tail. A patch of forelock sticks out from her hat. Sergeant O'Fera's facial expression shows that she’s a serious, no-nonsense leader of the Howling Aces. However, she does panic when she loses, as she loses control of her Dachshund Destroyer. She has a tendency to speak using military code, as evident by her death screen quote, "Looks like your skills have gone AWOL, fleabag.". She is a Chinook helicopter pilot. The Chinook is called the "Daschund Destroyer". The Daschund Destroyer is a Chinook helicopter with metal red bows on both of it's rotor bays. The front of it was built to resemble a stylized dog with eyelashes. Instead of a cockpit, the inside of its mouth is where all the control buttons are. The Daschund Destroyer is made entirely of metal.

Its body is light blue with a dark blue crest around its head and aquatic ridges down its spine. It has black eyes and a tiny black nose. There is a white fin encircling its neck and three fins with cream-colored webbing on its head. Two of these dark blue fins are on either side of its head, similar to ears; and one dark blue fin is directly on top of its head, resembling a dorsal fin. Vaporeon is a quadruped with three small toes on each foot and navy blue paw pads on the hind feet. It has a light blue tail with dark blue aquatic ridges down it. Vaporeon has a split tailfin on the end of its tail.
