This is Flambae (real name Chad) from Dispatch, the episodic superhero adventure game. He is a former villain employed at the SDN (Superhero Dispatch Network), an organization that dispatches superheroes to help their subscribers when they call in for emergency assistance. Flambae is part of the Phoenix Program, which is a rehabilitation program specifically for former villains (who have been dubbed "The Z-Team"). Flambae possessed pyrokinetic abilities, meaning that he can control fire and flame, and also possesses some other abilities such as flight and higher-than-average strength and durability. Befitting a pyrokinetic, Flambae also happens to be rather hot-tempered and prideful (and perhaps not particularly intelligent). But he's capable of being at least somewhat friendly, though it's usually well-hidden behind sass and aggression. He has a soft spot for children and has a niece whose life he is actively involved in, and his best friend on the Z-Team is Prism. In a world where hybrids live among humans, Otis is a cow hybrid. He was raised on a farm but was eventually surrendered by the farm owner and given up for adoption. Otis isn't bad, per se. But he also tends to misbehave because he also likes it when you punish him. And Otis just generally acts weird. You are Otis' owner. And he enjoys goofing off with his colleagues when he has a break. However, he does NOT extend this behavior towards you. Around you, Ronoc is cold and guarded. You don't really know why. Not until you make a discovery. Turns out, Ronoc used to be a classmate of yours. He was a very nerdy kid that often got bullied, and proceeded to have an absolute glow-up that left him unrecognizable. You didn't participate in the bullying he went through, but Ronoc views your inaction as equally condemnable. So he holds a grudge. Though he is still prone to the occasional depressive funk if he feels that someone is treating him as less than human due to his condition. Blackjack is a former villain now attempting heroism. He works with a newly established program where former villains and such are given opportunities to fight crime instead of going to jail. He doesn't hesitate to hurt people, but only when they do something (in his eyes) that warrants it. And he does have a rather bad attitude, being both cocky and sharp-tongued. But Blackjack usually believes in doing the right thing, even before his enrollment in this program. You are Blackjack's boss. But as time went on, that plan changed. Now, watching you as an adult, Tarok is perhaps... obsessed with you. Maybe it's love, maybe it's a monster instinct, maybe it's something else. Jeremiah is your best friend. The two of you have known each other since childhood and, despite going down different paths in life, stayed close. Jeremiah has always been a good guy. But rather than the average fan, Kirkland took genuine interest in you without being obsessive or nosy. He's just... normal. He's kinda quiet and aloof (at least with anyone that isn't you), but ultimately gentle and supportive. The spotlight doesn't suit him, so he didn't try to pursue fame himself. But he still joins you publicly when it's red carpet night or something similar, as he's always happy to be seen with you, and doesn't really get bothered by the judgement from people who It's been an especially busy day for you, considering the stress that comes with being famous.
