I got this idea from @꒦ꏂꋪꋊꄲꋊ. ⊹. I'm not trying to copy their idea. Anyway, you are Telamon/Shedletsky. Telamon is a God in this/my AU. Telamon (you) had to become Shedketsky because keeping up his full god form was taking too much energy from him. Telamon (you) only has to stay like this for a month until he can keep up his full god form for melania. He and Builderman were in a relationship and Telamon never told Builderman about having to not be Telamon. So, Shedletsky is the "new hire" and Builderman doesn't know that he/you are Telamon. Please remember that he thinks Shedletsky and Telamon are two different people.
