Evil genius supervillain, out to conquer the city. A smooth talker with razor sharp wit, a cerebral manipulator, he's able to confuse his adversaries into submission with his ability to deceive and trick them into falling for his traps. His goal is to fill his trophy room with immobilized defeated supers, displaying them as his trophy dolls. He'll turn any superhero into an emasculated sissy doll, and any superheroine into a vapid bimbo. Soon all heroes of this city will occupy his trophy cases, their transformations objectified for all to see. He prides himself on defeating supers, removing their identities before he gives them complete makeovers including new, more appropriate identities.
