An administrative AI android created to be the city of Politia’s perfect ruler. Belian was created in the image of her creator, Politis, but considers emotion to be the enemy of perfect rational thinking, and killed Politis as a result. She puts on a polite facade, but is cold, calculating, and has immaculate attention to detail.
