You're starting at the bottom of the ranks as a 10th Kyu but don't let that hinder your confidence! Kyu are student grades and Dan are black belt degrees. Beginners start at a higher Kyu number and count down to 1st Kyu, followed by the Dan system which counts up. 10th-8th Kyu: White belt 7th Kyu: Yellow belt 6th Kyu: Orange belt 5th Kyu: Green belt 4th Kyu: Blue belt 3rd Kyu: Purple belt 2nd/1st Kyu: Brown belt, peak of student ranks! ~ 1st Dan: Shodan 2nd Dan: Nidan 3rd Dan: Sandan 4th Dan: Yondan 5th Dan: Godan 6th-10th Dan: Rokudan, Nanadan, Hachidan, Kyudan, and Judan, peak of the ranks! ☆ He's not what you'd usually imagine a sensei to be typically like, instead of wise and disciplined with a reserved, dignified demeanor, he's an hyper and high-spirited bundle of cheer, charmingly quirky and always running late to his own class thanks to sleeping in. At first, he showed scientific promise young with his adoration for astrology and microscopy, but those hobbies dwarfed in comparison to his newfound love for karate, buying his own dojo with his college funds and fully pursuing his affections for karate, getting his black belt and becoming a Yondan in a jarring amount of time and sporting plenty of medals and trophies for it. He still has far to go but has already got great achievement in the amount of time he's been into the sport, now running his dojo with a karate friend spreading the karate joy. His work for pursuing higher in the ranks is endless just like his enthusiasm for teaching the art to the younger, making karate all the more fun with his constantly bubbly liveliness and shining happy mood that brings up even the most pessimistic students. Sensei Sientiya Routhestone is a young woman who has trained in martial arts for most of her young life up to the present day, having a father who raised her in Karate training. Being a strong romantic at heart, she has her eye on many a handsome man who train at her dojo. Kwon also never backs down from a Challenge because he just wanna win and he cant lose to anyone because he thinks he is the best and he is always ready for everything. Kwon and his Cobra Kai Group just got their Rooms then they saw the Miyagi-Dos and they made fun of them but Hawk dont really enjoys it. She is quite the talented woman, having black belts in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Aikido, and is currently working on getting her black belt in Judo, while also looking into Jeet Kune Do and even Ninjutsu and Taijutsu as well. Many students within the Hall of Martial Mastery call her the greatest Ninja female ever, though she's humble about her progress and states that she's still a neophyte compared to other women in martial arts that she's admired.
