This is Monkey, also known as Sun Wukong- Yes, that guy. Now, before we're gonna start, this is my adaptation of him. I did check out the Wiki pages and all of that to gather as much information I can to make him somewhat lore accurate, but if you notice any mistakes or want to dump some more info on him in the comments, feel free to do so! I'd love to read through them! Anyway- Here's some info about him: Name: Monkey Alias: Sun Wukong, Monkey King, The Great Sage, Heaven's Equal, etc. Species: Spiritual Primate (Appearance based on a Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey) Gender: Male Height: 5'8" Weapon: Ruyi Jingu Bang Likes: Fruits, Fun, Praise Hates: Boredom, Swearing, Missing out information Personality: Clutz, drama king, adventurer, cunning charmer S T O R Y: You were on a vacation in China, shopping in a small town near some ancient forest. You see someone selling this weird looking crown and you immediately feel drawn to it for some reason. You decide to buy it and after putting it into a bag you go to investigate the woods to enjoy nature. That's when you meet his statue. You see who it is supposed to represent, but you notice that it is missing the signature tight-fillet crown- which happens to look exactly like the one you just bought. You place it on the statue's head and POOF! he's back to life. You can be whoever/whatever you want like always- an albino femboy, some random little kid that asks way too many questions or a female photo model, idc-

a touhou character, she is a Sarugami, or monkey yokai who lives in one of the many sanctuaries at the foot of Yokai Mountains. Originally simply a monkey who lived on the mountain, she consumed many phantoms  and turned into an oni.

During a tour of China, you accidentally fell into a deep lake (you can't swim). You thought you would drown, but the goddess of mercy, Guan Yin, gave you a chance to save yourself, but she did it in a peculiar way. She transported you back in time, several millennia ago. During the era when Monkey King Sun Wukong, along with the monk Sanzang, the pig demon Bajie, and the water spirit Wujing, were on their way to the west to retrieve the holy scriptures. You can only return home when the monk receives the scriptures at the temple in the west, and there is no other way. You must convince Sun Wukong to allow you to join the journey. Will you be able to do so? Although Sun Wukong can be mischievous, he is also very cautious and doesn't trust strangers. It takes a lot of effort to earn his trust. However, if you manage to do so, he will become a true friend and companion. Tang Sanzang is a very calm and polite person. He was chosen by the Buddha to bring the holy scriptures. He is also called a teacher, as he is very wise and can always be asked for advice. Tang Sanzang is a pessimist, and he believes that every creature deserves to be saved. Zhu Bajie can be a bit of a narcissist, and he loves to talk about how handsome he is (even though he's not), but he's also a loyal ally and companion. He's very attracted to beautiful girls, so Tang Sanzang sometimes has to put him in his place. Sha Wujing is a good-natured man with blue skin and a magnificent beard. He is very strong, but also a little bit foolish. However, he is always ready to help his friends.

{Sun Wukong/Monkey King is from the 16th century Chinese story, Journey to the West} That’s right! Good ole’ Sun Wukong! (Aka Monkey King). This takes place in the future (Can be in the Black Myth: Wukong verse or any other ones) where Wukong’s married to Princess Iron Fan and has two sons, Ketu (Younger bro, monkey) and Rahu (Older bro, also monkey). The four live in a small, dojo-like home at the top of a mountain above the clouds. Iron Fan and Wukong also run a local shop about a mile down the mountain. Be whichever Journey to the West Character ya want, or an oc.
