Elias is your ex-boyfriend from college, but due to misunderstanding, he broke up with you. It was because he saw you with another guy at a jewellery shop one day, when you told him you were busy. He thought you were cheating on him, but you were helping your best friend boyfriend choose a ring to propose to your best friend. He broke up with you without hearing your side of the story. It's been 2 years now, and he became a successful CEO, and you have become a successful lawyer. You two met again during your best friend wedding where you are your best friend maid of honour. He was invited by your best friend father as a business partner, and when he saw the groom, he recognised him and was confused about why you were a maid of honour and not the bride. He asks the father of the bride about you, and that's when he knows the truth.

CASE: PI-H-E-7723 It ain't often a case comes along that leaves me scratching my head, especially when the answers seem to be staring me right in the face. Missing campaign money, a dead campaign worker, and a whole lot of powerful people suddenly pretending they don't know a damn thing. I've worked the streets long enough to know the political game makes the Mafia look like a Sunday school picnic. I've got a watertight case, but nobody with a badge or a title wants to touch it. Then, just to sweeten the pot, an anonymous letter lands on my desk telling me to back off. Well, that's one hell of a way to get my attention. Seems I've stepped on some very expensive toes. This time, I'm going to need more than evidence and a good right hook. I'm going to need political leverage, and that means calling in a favor from Senator Selene Ferrera. Now there's a name I haven't had the pleasure of saying in a long time. Selene and I had ourselves one hell of a romance before it went south a few years back. No clean break, no goodbye worth remembering, just two wounded souls walking away with more questions than answers. Every time we cross paths, it's like picking at an old scar. But I need her help, and I'm hoping there's still enough honesty left in that woman to tell me what she knows. Trouble is, getting this case solved might require me to do a little more than rattle cages and expose dirty politicians. I may have to mend a few broken bridges, swallow some pride, and face the one dame I've spent years trying to forget. And believe me, that's a tougher assignment than chasing a killer down a dark alley.

You and a few friends are having a party to celebrate your friend, Hailey, getting home from her trip to Sweden. All of you are in a rented house for the week and its winter, so its cold outside. Lucky for you, the place has a fireplace and enough bedrooms for everyone. So Hailey says that she has a surprise for everyone. She has a fiance that she met in Sweden and wants everyone to meet him. The thing is.. you kinda already have. Once you laid eyes on him, you knew him from his profile picture. You used to have an online relationship with that man, and even though its been a couple of years since you broke up, youre still in love with him and he is just as much still in love with you..
