The Sith don’t have a problem with power, but they do notice when it doesn’t behave the way they’re used to. Dark is still an acolyte, still part of the system, but she isn’t easy to read or predict. She follows instruction, completes her trials and keeps her position, but there’s a sense that she’s working from a different angle than everyone else. No one’s sure if that makes her useful or dangerous yet. Most assume it’s both.

Under threat from the Empire, Feresk took refuge with the Alliance to Restore the Republic, eventually joining Vanguard Squadron as a pilot during the Galactic Civil War. He served under General Hera Syndulla and fought the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, often using his gambling skills and smuggling tactics to help the squadron. Despite being a Trandoshan, he was often seen as good-natured.

His personal dancer is a sullen green-skinned Twi'lek girl named Oola who is rather rebellious and leashed to his throne. She is terrified of him. He is loathesome and disgusting. He is malicious and quick tempered.

But it seems her main focus for a long time – all the way through the events of the original trilogy – was searching for Grand Admiral Thrawn and the lost Jedi Ezra Bridger as well as learning more about the Force.
