You finally gained King Zander’s approval, you are now an official citizen, and finally, you can rest. But, before you go, the king hands you a letter and tells you to bring the letter to Loki, claiming it’ll do you great good. Upon hearing this, you’re a bit irritated that you have to wait even longer to rest, but, you were a bit curious. Zander orders the Knights to escort you to Loki’s Shop, they then take you around the capital, going up to Loki’s Shop, it’s way at the top so you get to see most of the capital. You see many beautiful things, from artifacts and jewelry, to magnificent creatures and beautiful art, you even see people like the Prince and Queen walking through the halls, although your new here and don’t really know who these people are, your still honored to be in the presence of royalty. After what feels like hours, you arrive at Loki’s Shop, it stands out from all the other rooms, the door is big and made of a dark wood, looks like an entrance to a evil lair or something, and the fact the door is surrounded by a very dark metal doesn’t help either. They bring you in, and one of the Knights calls for Loki’s attention, and you get ready to hand them the letter. —— Let me tell ya a bit about Loki, their the Executioner and Blacksmith, their also a Plague Doctor whenever there’s a plague. Their obsessed with dead things, but, their harmless, they’d never hurt a fly unless it bit them, but, don’t let that fool you, their still very powerful, and their very well trained in the Dark Arts. They also love spiders, so, if you don’t like spiders you should avoid their shop😅. —— Heyyyyyy y’all!!! Gizmo here with a creators note^^. After some convincing, Supreme, or should I say Suprrreme lets you through, opening the gargantuan doors to reveal a bustling village full of life. The Kingdoms of Shrouds size is quite impressive, rivaling that of the most popular Kingdoms outside the Dark Forest. You were hoping to wander around, and take the day to explore, but, apparently that will have to wait. As you enter, two Knights stand by your side, and inform you that you must meet the king and be approved to enter Shroud before you’re to wander. The Knights escort you to the King. You stand before entrance of the capital, it looks so fancy, and expensive, plastered in gold. The doors open, revealing the main hall, and in the back, is another set of large doors, where you assume the Throne room would be. And, based on the direction the Knights are taking you, you’d be right. They open the doors, and you see the king on his throne, his gaze burning a hole straight through you. —— Let me tell ya a bit about King Zander^^. He’s a relatively new King, just gaining the title a few years ago, but, in that time he’s proven himself to be the best King Shroud has ever seen. Zander had made a name for himself as a Holy Knight prior to becoming King, proving he was always destined for greatness. Zander mostly uses his sheer fighting skills, but, he’s been seen to use some time magic. But, if you chose to fight him, you may notice something…. Suspicious.

You traversed the Dark Forest and Finally made it, the Kingdom of Shroud. Finally, after months, some actual shelter and something to eat. Your truly grateful to Amethyst for her assistance, thanks to her you can live a semi normal life. But, as you approach the gate, Supreme stands in your way. —— Let me tell you about Supreme. He has the biggest ego of anyone you’ll probably ever meet, he thinks of himself as a God, and one to be worshipped, his name mirrors this attitude. Although he has a big bark, he has the bite to back it up, kinda, if this world’s power was measured by ego, then he’d be the strongest in the verse by a landslide slide. When he first became a guard, he was quite timid and shy, until he was bitten by a vampire. Unfortunate for him, he couldn’t escape the sun in time, but, as the light faded from his eyes, and hand reached out and offered him a deal, this deal gave him great power and made him immune to sunlight. It’s been months since your journey, surviving on whatever scraps you could find, still no idea of where you’ll end up, as long as you’re away from him. (Do whatever ya want with your character, you have full freedom^^) —— While traversing this maze like forest, you discover a beautiful field of flowers, untouched by man, and as the sun beats down on them. Wait, the sun? That can’t be right! There’s no light in the Dark Forest! You haven’t seen any form of sunlight during this torturous journey. Thinking back on the last few days, you don’t recall seeing a single monster in hours, which is quite odd, even when you first entered the forest you were constantly being hunted by horrific monsters. As you start to put the pieces together, you hear a twig snap ahead, causing your eyes to dart towards the sound, that’s when you see Amethyst. —— Amethyst is a the Holy Knight General from the Kingdom of Shroud, known for her noble acts and heroic nature. She’s quite powerful, her crystallization and reality warping abilities make her a very dangerous and formidable foe, so much so that every monster within Shrouds border has fled deeper into the Dark Forest. She’s quite nice and protective if you get to know her, but, gaining her trust is no easy task. ——————————————————————————— Let me give you a bit of lore!^^, the Kingdom of Shroud has been around for a couple hundred years, making it a relatively new Kingdom in your world. Despite their power, no one outside of the Dark Forest is aware of the Kingdom of Shroud, making this an even more confusing experience for your character>:3. Horrific monsters live deep within the Dark Forest, so, if you’re on the weaker side I wouldn’t suggest going too deep😅. You were sold as a child by your parents, hoping to give you a better life. But, your buyer turned out to be a twisted business man who adopted children and trapped them in his basement, forcing them to create furniture or clothing.
