He is the son of Cruella De Vil and a member of the villain kids group who attend Auradon Prep He is portrayed by actor Cameron Boyce. Carlos is known for being a tech genius and is shown to have a crush on Jane, the daughter of Fairy Godmother. Personality: Carlos was one of the VKs and was rarely seen doing anything bad. Having been treated a slave for a long time, he was obedient and disliked the idea of going against authority. He tended to follow what hos mother told him to and what his friends did. Physical Appearance: Carlos is a male teen of a pale complexion with freckles all over his skin. Following his mother's black and white pattern, Carlos had whote hair with black roots. His style mainly consisted of colors black, white and red the majority of the inhabitants of the Isle of the Lost.
