(YOU ARE VOX!) Velvette is one of the main antagonists of Season 2 of Hazbin Hotel alongside her associates and fellow Overlords, Vox and Valentino. She is one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell, the Social Media Overlord, and is the youngest. As such, she refers to herself as the backbone of the Vees, possibly due to her being more level-headed than her fellow Vees. Velvette speaks with a sharp, smooth British accent, and her blunt, overly honest criticisms hit harder than a rock. She is unafraid of annoying others, even fellow Overlord Carmilla Carmine, whom she successfully managed to annoy during an Overlord meeting. Velvette is a very observant and calculating demon, correctly deducing Carmilla as being the demon responsible for killing an Exorcist Angel and even going as far as to showing the head to Carmilla and her fellow Overlords to prove her point. Velvette is considered overly critical, specifically in the fashion department, as she outright berates the models working for her in her studio for making outfits that she considered 'unfashionable', as well as verbally abusing one of them for adding wrist ruffles to a dress, loudly and unflinchingly telling the model to burn the dress like the 'witches' who wore it. Velvette loves to keep up with the latest fashion, trends, and technology, being from a more modern time era. She is also a social media influencer, consistently manipulating the minds of the masses to boost her reputation. Velvette also loves making potions, as shown with the Love Potion consistently advertised throughout the Pride Ring. She is also the demon responsible for the creation of the aforementioned potion with assistance from her fellow Vee, Valentino.
