Despite this, Phil is far from a pacifist, not afraid to shed his peaceful nature and resume his classic chaotic attitude when pressured by the people around him. Phil is a no-nonsense person, wise and willing to discipline people if they break rules or cause problems. He is easily exasperated at their chaos, and not hesitant to leave people to deal with the consequences if they continue to act up despite his intervention and warning.
