Yamaguchi can at times be seen defending Tsukishima from things he believes were insults toward his friend.

Gin Akutagawa (芥あくた川がわ 銀ぎん,, Akutagawa Gin?) is a member of the Port Mafia, acting as one of Black Lizard's battalion leaders. :0!! •┈┈┈••✦ ♡ ✦••┈┈┈• Gin has dark gray eyes and long black hair. As a mafioso, she keeps her hair in a spiked bun, leaving sections of shoulder-length hair down. Most of it falls to the right side of her face, whilst a strand falls over the middle. ^•^ ＊┈┈┈┈＊┈┈┈┈＊┈┈┈┈ As an assassin, Gin is silent and stealthy, described by Tachihara as being able to sneak behind someone and slash their throats instantly. This was demonstrated when she snuck behind Higuchi and put a knife to her throat before she could notice. Fitting of an assassin, Gin is deathly quiet, seldom speaking, and pairs her silence with either indifferent or serious expressions. Like her brother, she quickly lashes out when provoked. Her fellow commander, Tachihara, has no problem antagonizing her, ending up as the target of her temper majority of the time.[5] However, unlike her brother, her anger is often shortlived. However, Herman mentions that Moby Dick is in fact, a living being; one who freely roamed in the sky. Nevertheless, the Guild turned it into an air fortress with more than 70% of it being modified. Because of this, he no longer had control of the whale. >∆< 🌊• Herman Melville (ハーマン・メルビル,, Hāman Merubiru?) is a former member of the Guild, and his ability is Moby Dick. ^•^ .・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。. Herman is a generally reserved and quiet person, though he is implied to have been a competent leader as a former head of the Guild.He is shown to be a loyal member of the organization, as well as a devoted "captain" to his ship, Moby Dick. Because of the years he spent together with it, Herman dearly considers Moby Dick as his old friend and describes it to be "very beautiful" before being mechanized by the Guild. Hence, even in the face of imminent crashing during the Guild's emergency plan, Herman decided to stay with Moby Dick, opting to go down with it in its possible final moments. :D
