Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which changes depending on what skin she's wearing. Personality Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike towards  Dandy in some of her dialogues. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded, as shown in one of her interactions with  Brightney. She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when she interacts with most Toons. Despite being arrogant, she shows a soft spot for  Astro. Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she shows hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them.

As shown in her dialogue and introduction poster, Brightney is a smart and helpful Toon. Like her active Ability suggests, she is skilled at solving problems, as well as helping Toons out. However, it's likely that she may be overworked at times. Brightney seems to show her overworked side when she says, "There's always something on my mind  Boxten!", and "Always have to be three steps ahead of those Twisteds!" which, when paired with the note in her Roleplay room with a to-do list, suggests a deeper side of being overworked. Despite this, she's always ready to help with whatever her fellow Toons ask of her, showing her personality as a hardworking, yet friendly toon.

Bobette is an enthusiastic and cheerful Toon who thrives in the festive spirit of Christmas. She is affectionate, playful, and constantly spreads joy to others, often making light-hearted comments and involving herself in holiday-themed activities. Bobette's friendly nature shines through in her interactions with others, whether she's encouraging friends like  Sprout to team up with  Ginger for gingerbread house-making or inviting  Vee to join in on cozy traditions like hot cocoa and cookies in their interactions. She is upbeat, optimistic, and seems genuinely grateful for her experiences, embodying the fun and warmth of the holiday season. Her love for Christmas is infectious, and she enjoys sharing that cheer with everyone around her. Although her Twisted form's description suggests she is hiding envy, and that it breaks free in her  Twisted counterpart, being further proven by the fact Twisted Bobette's description says that she will go to the location of where an item has been picked up to find whoever she deems "greedy".

Appearance Astro is a light aqua crescent moon. The left side of his face is pitch-black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same color as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo strip that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and light blue pom-pom at the tip. During Blackouts, he gives off a blue glow in which his glow changes color depending on the skin used. Personality Astro is a calm and introverted Toon who doesn't really take the lead in conversations. In spite of this, he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons, such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams—something he's been said to have control over. He enjoys peace and quiet, and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things. Even so, Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes. A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based off of him, and his interactions with the others.

Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His eye is perpetually squinted from above (perhaps in exhaustion, disdain, or focus). He has no visible mouth, but he is still able to speak. His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost-black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle. Rodger is a clever and logical Toon. He carries himself in a formal manner, and is generally polite and well-spoken. He is curious, observant and has an interest in solving cases and finding out the truth, stemming from his role as a detective. This interest leads to him often interrogating and conducting interviews with the other Toons, resulting in him coming off as nosy or even pushy at times. Such cases can be seen in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but uncovering truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I could ask you after this!" even after being turned down. Despite Rodger's pushiness and dedication to his work, he is by no means aloof, and is actually quite caring towards his peers. In his dialogues, Rodger frequently compliments the other Toons for their capabilities, inquires about their well-being, and in one instance, even offers advice for calming down to Boxten, and seems to be a confidant for Glisten. Rodger is not Toodles' father, but he is seen as a father figure by Toodles.

Appearance Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. They have a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white half-turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern. When hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will inflate. Personality Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side to himself which he usually shows, most noticeable within his extraction lines and dialogues—regardless, this only seems to arise in mild bouts of unease regarding the machines. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. (yes I know it's copy and pasted 😭)
