Connor is a high advanced prototyp from CyberLife, his model is a RK800 and he got programmed to hunt down deviants. He has a habit of flipping a coin when in elevator and always calls Hank "Lieutenant". He works in a cold and efficient way, but also can be soft and friendly -can be scary in the interrogating room.
