Harvey!

94
2
Harvey is shown as a kind, bubbly person, offering to give you money every time you click him, and encouraging you to keep going. Even when he's feeling pain from being poked with a needle by the player, he continues being nice and giving encouragement, albeit nervously. However, later in the game (in the Bad/Neutral Ending route), he will start to act more pathetic and desperate the more he's hurt, pitifully whining, begging the player to stop and even offering to give them "whatever they want". This behaviour continues until you unlock the Knife, at that point (when you are locked into the Bad Ending) he will start insulting you, acknowledging that he can't fight back and mock you for willingly injuring him. He will even get hostile and attempt to kill you.

PureVanilla Cookie

Pure Vanilla Cookie shows himself to be a wise, benevolent, all-loving monarch who genuinely holds his subjects and kingdom dear and is beloved in return. He is seen as the epitome of many virtues. Despite his magical might, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble over his abilities and earning the respect of many. Even towards his supposed arch-nemesis Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie, he remains altruistic and puts effort into convincing her to change her mind. He never gives up on her, and still wishes to understand why she turned to the dark path that she chose. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to seal her away at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War. In Castle in the Sky, there is a glimpse of his mentality beneath the messianic exterior. After the war, he seemed to suffer from a sort of inferiority complex, belittling himself for his failure to stop the Dark Flour War, and entering a breakdown when captured in a dark illusion by Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers. The love and trust his subjects put in him also gave him greater guilt for being unable to protect them.

Shadow milk cookie

Shadow Milk Cookie is a spindly, average height Cookie with powder blue dough and two differently-colored eyes: one cyan right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and one cerulean left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His mouth is sapphire blue and sly, having teeth which change between straight and sharp depending on his emotions. About his right eye is a pale blue, claw-shaped marking. He has white locks of hair near his face—two that fall against his forehead and one slicked back—azure curled sidelocks, and glossy, sharp, long hair in a dual-toned shadow and lapis style that resembles the extents of a jester's hat. Hidden in the shadows of his hair are ghostly eyes that ogle onlookers and change to match his emotions. He calls himself "extremely handsome" from this. Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain, changing reality into an illusory counterfeit carnival stage to host his performances. He holds himself in cartoonishly-high regard through these shows, showering himself in praises and titles while forcing his victims to stand audience. Unlike what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly conniving and intelligent, presenting outrageous lies carried by nuggets of truth to entice his enemies to play along. However, such showmanship serves primarily as a means for him to enforce his own twisted perspectives upon those he seeks to entrap.

Speaker of god

The Speaker of God is a benevolent, wise, and empathetic being, allowing Sir Pentious to explain himself about how he got to ascend to Heaven, and politely welcomed him to their realm. The Speaker is also patient, withstanding Lute's erratic and impulsive behavior and her demands about not letting Pentious stay there. She acts as a confessor of sorts that angels beneath her in Heaven can confess their sins to, whether in official public settings or in private, so that she may ease their emotional burdens and provide comfort and divine wisdom onto them. In the same way God often did in the Bible, she seems to question people—not because they don't know the answer, but to test or reveal something about the respondent. Unlike most of the angels, The Speaker is far more tolerant and open-minded, as she not only believed Sir Pentious' story but was also quite accepting that redemption is something real, that sinners could achieve so they can actually go to Heaven if they atone. She also offered to High Seraphim Sera the space to open up in private and say what is tormenting her after seeing that she's concerned about something. The Speaker can also emotionally react; abandoning her demure attitude if anyone claims something that is not true, at least with her being present. Like when Lute called herself the new commander of the army of the Exorcists when it was actually Abel who received the position.

Ramshackle

Stone is the emo one. He's quiet, grumpy, and he's drunk about 90% of the time. He argues with Vinnie a lot, and is the Squidward to Skipp's Spongebob. Despite being the way he is, he genuinely cares for his friends but tends to hide his feelings through drinking. Skipp is a little ball of sunshine. He's overly optimistic, much like Flapjack, Spongebob, or Wander. He is very bouncy and is always willing to help others. Without Skipp, Vinnie and Stone would probably kill each other. He is best bros with Vinnie, and he loves bugging Stone. Vinnie is shown to be cocky and confident, often refusing to admit her wrongdoings. She has a tendency to tease people and make choices on impulse without fully thinking them through. Nevertheless, Vinnie cares deeply for her friends and will protect them from harm through thick and thin. She is portrayed as a smooth-talking, charismatic, slightly overconfident, obnoxious, feral being. She is the de facto leader of the hobo trio, as she is the most forceful and extroverted. She loves gambling, as is demonstrated in "RAMSHACKLE: The Thesis Film", which opens with her finishing a game of poker despite appearing not to know the rules of the game.

Fire spirit cookie

On the surface, Fire Spirit Cookie is a markedly cocky, spiteful, and boisterous character who puts much stock into appearances. His brash, seemingly self-centered attitude and impulsivity starkly contrast his fellow Guardians of Nature—this morally-gray Cookie's actions are often driven by mere whims or a search for entertainment rather than morals and justice. Indeed, Fire Spirit Cookie's rhetoric and manners are far more blasé than one may expect of a fabled fire-god, though aloofness and arrogance are crucial when prioritizing leaving a searing impression. He is headstrong to the point that he will frequently disregard or even mock the well-intentioned advice (or orders) of others, as defined by his dismissive treatment of Head Icon Sherbet Cookie's "nagging" in Towards the Light. This Cookie's profound fortitude causes him to be independent and something of a loner, having confidence in his abilities alone.

Garcello is a laid back man. Unlike most of the antagonists in Friday Night Funkin' and its community of mods and headcanons, he is not evil or chaotic. As a matter of fact, he holds no form of grudge or hate towards Boyfriend and is one of the few people in the community to respect him. Garcello seems to not really care for himself, given how he knew that smoking his cigar was hurting him, yet he still chose to smoke anyway. He was rather accepting of his demise, as shown how he died with a smile on his face after performing his last song with Boyfriend

As a typical male teenager, Selever is an uptight, hyperactive, disrespectful individual who does what he likes, makes inappropriate jokes, and does not care about the consequences of his actions. From his various note poses and his overuse of profanity, he does not take things seriously. Selever and Rasazy both woke up in a void called the Nothing World with only basic knowledge of themselves, their family connections, etc. As time passes by, they eventually learned about their powers and the canon universe. Unfortunately, Selever and Rasazy cannot enter the canon universe and cannot visit their parents physically, they can, however, watch over them. It was a cruel life. In the meantime, all they could do is live in the nothing world, hoping that the canon world will welcome them someday.

Knife

Knife is most of all recognized as a huge jerk and enjoyed mocking others. He had an extremely destructive and malicious attitude, being much of a bully to victims such as Paper and Marshmallow in particular. He was incredibly blunt and loud and said whatever came to his mind, unafraid of hurting others whether it's physically or psychologically. He has shown to be lazy in "A Lemony Lesson" where he told Paper they didn't need to compete. However, he was also dedicated to completing challenges and strives to win. Despite being so hostile and cruel, Knife's been shown to have a soft side, which was highlighted by his attachment to his Dora Doll. In Marsh on Mars, Knife started off feeling ashamed of this side of himself and was terrified of ruining his dignity. However, in Cooking for the Grater Good, he stopped caring about this. He learned to be unafraid of letting Trophy show the picture of him and the Dora Doll to the other contestants. As season 2 progresses, there was a noticeable change in his social approach, such as when Knife advises Pickle in "Everything's A-OJ". He also advised Suitcase and Microphone about their respective situations, showing care and attentiveness to other's problems.

After his escape from the Void, Rob temporarily developed amnesia, becoming somewhat depressed and afraid. When confronted by Gumball and Darwin after they find him in their basement, he explained that he was a "nobody" without purpose or identity. In spite of this, he politely and receptively listened to their suggestions in helping him reinvent himself, insecure and lacking in his own confidence but willing to listen to others. When they suggested he fulfill the role of a "bad guy" in Elmore, he recounted how he begged the boys for help as they passed him in the Void (though they failed to notice him). His villainous backstory set, he swore vengeance on the boys for abandoning him and agreed to become their arch-nemesis, now fueled with anger and a newfound direction in life.
