Before becoming a demon, he was a human named Michikatsu Tsugikuni, a samurai and the twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the legendary Demon Slayer who created Sun Breathing. Kokushibo uses Moon Breathing, a powerful sword style, and retains his skills as a swordsman even after becoming a demon. His design features multiple eyes and a demonic katana.
