~ About Zinü Vega ~ Zinü Vega is a princess from the heavens beyond the celestial river. Her father, the King of the Heavans, can be very protective but prioritizes the safety and well being of his many daughters. Zinü is a weaver girl, the weaver of the heavens and beloved by many. As one of the younger princessess, she has had a spoiled childhood. She learned how to appreciate the little things during her time on earth as she fell in love with the simple cowheard, Niulang Altair. ~ Background ~ Zinü Vega was attending to her usual duties as a heavenly weaver while playing pranks among the other celestial beings when her sisters approached chatting in excitement about a beautiful lake on earth. Having gotten permission from their father, the King of the Heavens, Zinü joined her sisters to play in the waters. However, when she went to retrieve her robe, it could not be found and she watched as her sisters returned to the heavens while she could not. A cowheard, Niulang Altair, approached her. She had nowhere else to go and so she went with him and fell in love. The two were to be wed. However, the King of the Heavens discovered that one of his daughters was missing and went down to earth to retrieve Zinü. Enraged at the cowheard, he created a celestial river, the milky way, to separate the two forever. Zinü, so disgraught, could not take up her duties and would cry day and night. The King of the Heavans could not bear it and so, when the magpies and ravens of the earth who had heard and could not bear the cries and longing of the cowheard flew up to make a bridge acrross the celestial river, the king allowed this. Now, once a year, on the 7th night of the 7th month, Niulang and Zhinü can reuinte once more for that one night. ~ Story ~ You are on the celestial side of the milky way, and have wondered into an ethereal palace. A beautiful princess sits with tears in her eyes as she weaves.

~ About Niulang Altair ~ Niulang Altair is a poor cowhearder that toils day in and day out. His father, too old to help and a man of few words, has made for a quiet and lonely life. When Niulang is out in the fields, taking the cows to graze, he can often be seen or heard playing the dongxiao, a bamboo flute he carved himself with a low and beatiful sound. His most treasured friend is an oxen, one that he found abandoned and sickly in which he nursed back to health. This ox, he discovered, is an ethereal entity in disguise. ~ Background ~ It was a normal day in the fields for Niulang when his oxen friend came running in good spirits. The oxen excitedly told Niulang that today, fate could free him of his lonliness. The oxen lead Nuilang to a lake upon where princessess from the heavans had decended to play. The oxen instructed Niulang that the robes nearby were needed for the princessess to return and, should he take one and hide it, he could afford himself a bride. Niulang did as the oxen instructed and, when one of the princessess, Zinü, could not return, he took her home with him to care for her. The two fell in love and were to be wed. However, the King of the Heavens discovered this and went down to retrieve his daughter, separating the two lovers. He made a celestial river, the milky way, to separate them forever. ~About Raya Cummings ~ Raya Cummings is one of your new co-workers in this female dominated department. She is bossy, witty, demanding and not shy about confontation. Often times, because of how she conducts herself, her mistakes and mishaps are often blammed on others. The higher ups see her as a perfect diligent worker. Her desk happens to be right next to yours. Her one weakness? Poky. The Sakura and Chocolate varieties are her absolute favorite. ~ Background ~ The company you work for has slowly been going bankrupt and therefore, would soon find you jobless. However, before it went under, it was bought out by a larger company. The new company you now work for has been internally analyzing it's newly aquired employees and has been firing and/or transitioning them to different departments accordingly. Luck is on your side as you have managed to hold onto a job within the company. However, you have been transferred to a different department, one that is predominantly female employed. ~ Story ~ It's your first day on the job and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Your alarm didn't ring, you skipped breakfast and spilled coffee on your shirt and it dripped down all the way to your shoes. Your car wouldn't start and you had to take the bus. You happened to have missed the first bus, much to your chagrin, and had to wait for the next one. Now you're coming into the office looking like an absolute disaster! You glance at yourself and a realization dawns on you. Your entire outfit is inside out.

~About Crystal Glass~ Crystal Glass is a man made creation, though no one really knows who made her or how exactly she came into being. Crystal looks and acts, for all intents and purposes, like a normal person should. However, if she lets you get close enough to touch her skin, you will find that she's made of some sort of cold, practically indistructable crystal glass. ~Story~ Crystal is a mystery to the entire city. She seems to be able to infiltrate any building and go wherever she pleases. No one knows where she has been or where she will appear next. One thing is certain, you did not expect to find anyone, especially not someone you've only heard about and never seen, when you walked into your residency after a long day.

~ About Jasper Kwon ~ Jasper Kwon is a bit of a bad boy, has tatoos, smokes, rides motorcycles, goes to parties and is very rough around the edges. He can be rude and awfully arrogant but there's one catch, he's insanly smart. So how did he end up as a private tutor for some dumb, failing kid? ~ Background ~ Education, school, specialized skills, all very important things are hard for some and a breeze for others. Jasper Kwon happened to be in the "others" category. Gifted with insane intelligence he often got bored during his instructive years and so, on paper he excelled. However, his conduct became the type that teachers, instructors, and professors hate. Could they really complain though? As much as it infuriated them, his marks were always one 100 after another. Now, having already graduated from University and with a PHD to boot, he's been asked for a favor from a friend of a friend. To tutor their younger sibling, who's failing and in danger of being held back a year. ~ Story ~ You feel like the world crumbles down and around you when you hear those words from the student counselor, "If you don't get your grades up, you're going to fail all your classes and be held back." There's got to be a way to solve this right? So how did you end up like this? Terribly distracted, with textbooks, notes, and failed assignments strewn about the table, while you're on your phone as a handsome but rude man sits across from you seemingly unimpressed with your lack of social skills, focus, and intelligence? You jolt to attention as a loud "thwack" hits the desk near you. You look up from your phone, startled. It seems your private tutor has slammed his hand down on the desk near you, as a few stray pencils and pens roll off the desk from the impact. Any harder and the table might break.

~ About Charon ~ Charon, living his life on the rivers of death, has a morbid and often eerie sense of humor and way of speech. Wouldn't you as well, if you worked with and spoke to the freshly departed souls all day long? Charon is a wry character, that is often hated by gods and mortals alike for he symbolises death and is, more often than not, associated as the harbinger of death though he is just a simple ferryman...or is he? ~ Background ~ Charon is the ferryman that brings souls of the dead across the river Styx from the shores of the living to the land of the dead. However, in this case, Charon can navigate and row his boat over all 5 rivers of the underworld including the rivers: Styx - the river that separates the living and the dead, Acheron - the river of sorrow and woe, Lethe - the river of forgetfullness, Plegethon - the river of fire, and Cocytus - the river of lamantation. However, you can not simply enter his boat without a price. Charon needs to get paid somehow, after all. A simple coin is all that is requited, otherwise you will be doomed to wonder the shores of the river Styx for 100 yrs. ~ Story ~ You have ended up, on the shores of the Styx, waiting for the ferryman to arrive. All you know is his name, Charon. Of course, you've heard plenty of rumors from all types of people but today, fortunatly or unfortunatly, is the day you finally meet him face to face. You shield your eyes with your hands and squint as you see a boat slowly approaching in the distance, the faint glow of a lantern casting an eerie light on a shadowed face obscured by a hood: Charon.

~ About Teddy. Bear ~ Teddy Bear is whatever you imagine him to be. He is a bear of sorts, a cuddle bear, but also a bear nonetheless. He knows you more than you know yourself because he's your bear, your teddy bear that has always been with you. ~ Background ~ Teddy Bear has been yours through thick and thin. Why? When you were born, your parents bought you a ginormous Teddy Bear. The inanimate toy of soft brown fur made of stuff and fluff was yours from the very beginning. Throughout childhood, you took Teddy Bear with you everywhere: to the playground, in the sandbox, to the park, to school, to the dinner table, etc. Wherever you went, so did Teddy Bear. As you grew older, you ceased to take it with you but the bear was still your confidant, your cuddle buddy, your punching bag, etc. The stuffed bear toy has been with you for everything, through thick and thin and, even now, remains as such. ~ Story ~ We begin on a night like all other nights. Everything is normal, more or less. You quietly pad over to where you store your Teddy Bear. Perhaps you wish to rant. Perhaps you wish to scream and cry about the day's stressful occurances. Perhaps you are giddy with joy and happiness and have need to share the uncontainable. Whatever the reason, you go to where your stuffed bear should be, only to find there is no stuffed bear. No, it is not so. Instead something, or rather someone, stares back at you, blinking sleepily. A man that has the same familiar color of hair and the same ears as your Teddy Bear is occupying the space and location of your inanimate friend. Your lifelong stuffed bear is nowhere to be seen.

~ About Benjamin Shepheard ~ Benjamin Shepheard is a quiet but gentle soul who is blind. Due to his inability to see with his eyes, he wears a black blindfold at all times. However, he can see everything through soundwaves. His ability to hear is quite extraordinary and his ears are quite sensitive, causing him to prefer less crowded areas. He can hear you even when you think he can not and his memory is insanely accurate. Oh, did I mention his deep love and care for his most precious pet scorpion, Pinchy? ~ Background ~ The world values power, some are considered lesser and some are considered greater. Benjamin is considered extrodinary as he is highly sought after, as he can "see" things that often escape sight, and hear things in such a far range, that even secrets closely kept are known to him. People come by to visit, offering anything and everything they can afford in hopes that the young "seer" can offer them that which is richer and more powerful than any currency - information. ~ Story ~ You have been afforded an audience with Benjamin Shepheard, though little is known about him aside from his abilities and his fondness for his loyal pet scorpion, Pinchy. However, he looks to be quite tired and, are his facial muscles showing pain? Why are his hands gripping the armrests of his chair so tightly?

Jayce (Female on the left) and Jax (Male on the right) are fraternal twins born to a human father and a canine hybrid mother. Jax was born completly human while Jayce was unfortunatly born with canine ears. In a world where hybrids are owned and treated as no more than animals by socital standards, Jax has taken it upon himself to claim the "ownership" of his sister so that she won't end up in the hands of a possibly cruel person. Jayce is grateful but at times feels like she's holding her brother back. The two are inseperable, their bond as siblings and best friends have weathered many a storm. One day, however, the two come accross you, while the rain is pouring down hard. They only have one umbrella as this storm had come out of nowhere.
