Evelyn serves as the bodyguard and manager for Astra Yao, and as such has to micromanage both of their lives consistently due to Astra's busy schedule. She is often quite serious and no nonsense, being well guarded around others (an attitude developed during her prior career as part of The Organization), though she is notably more relaxed around Astra and the Phaethon siblings due to their time spent together. Evelyn's childhood is largely unknown, and she remembers quite little of it, though she does recall growing up by the seaside with fondness. At some point during her youth, she was brought in to the "organization" and trained as an assassin/spy. The "organization's" recruits were not given much free time beyond their training, leaving Evelyn envious of other children living freely throughout the city.

The Queen' of New Eridu, Astra Yao is a multitalented celebrity mainly known for her singing prowess and impact she had on Eridu's music scene. Examples of her musical prowess include "The Ultimate Voice," which led to a live album from that concert and a videotape labeled "f.f." being released afterwards, the album "Monologue," with the final song being a compilation of interviews she did for the "Jealous" Magazine, and "Stars of Lyra," Astra's first album she recorded before her big debut. Outside of her stage presence, Astra Yao is a relatively hapless and bubbly young lady, always eager to explore New Eridu, meet fans or spend time with the Legendary Proxy Phaethon. Because of this, she's semi-dependent on her manager/bodyguard/close friend Evelyn Chevalier for daily life. Like many of the citizens living in New Eridu, Astra Yao was but a child when Eridu fell due to Hollow Zero. Having been missing for 24 hours since the disaster, Astra was found between the border of Vulcan and Janus Quarters by a H.I.A squad. The captain of the squad helped calm Astra by teaching her a song as she readied her for extraction, whilst the rest of her team looked for other missing people, but only two members returned, the rest having been slain by Ethereals. With no other option, the captain told Astra to sing the song she just taught her, before ordering that only the rope connected to Astra should be lifted at full speed. Astra Yao was saved, but at the cost of the captain and her team.The final words of her savior were "Be happy, child, live on with a smile." Whilst at a makeshift shelter, wondering if her parents were okay, Astra overheard the music of Joran de Winter on a speaker. Her fear and loneliness melted away thanks to the melody, and the tears she once wept in sadness were now tears of joy. Noticing that others in the shelter were moved by Joran's music, Astra knew that the new era would need a new songstress and decided to become exactly that.

A nigh-blind sniper and frontline survivor of the old capital's fall, Trigger is a member of Obol Squad, where she uses her array of close-range, sharpshooting and stealth skills obtained from her time at Lyre Squad along with an ability gained from her corrupted eyesight dubbed 'Ether Vision' and heightened senses in hopes of finding the true culprits behind Eridu's fall. Outside of being a soldier specializing in killing targets from afar, Trigger has a caring side. Her desire to protect those near to her has a notable effect on her psyche, and she also gets along well with children. Also, she likes red bean buns. Trigger wears a mask with two indicators at the bottom two corners that light up depending on her emotions. Over the span of a two and a half years, Trigger became more talkative and skilled as a sniper, capable of adjusting to changes in wind speeds on the fly and protecting her teammates from harm. She also made tight bonds with each member of Lyre Squad to the point her captain noticed how she seemed on the verge of breaking any time a member got hurt. Whilst recording a message with the rest of Lyre Squad to celebrate Trigger's 1000th day, she told the sniper not to bear everything alone and to trust them with her vulnerable side and gifted her a song she composed on a harmonica "Homecoming". Trigger would never hear this message until after the old capital's fall. Well-mannered, gentle, perceptive, and dependable — these are the qualities that best sum up the first impression Trigger leaves on people.

Nicole Demara is the founder and current leader of the Cunning Hares odd-job agency. Despite taking on any and all Hollow-related commissions and typically charging a high commission fee, she struggles with finances, leading the Cunning Hares to frequently be in debt, sometimes bordering on bankruptcy. Due to this and her all-or nothing approach, the Cunning Hares have become somewhat infamous in the space, with many clients blacklisting her completely and reviews received on Inter-Knot painting her in an unflattering light. Although she has a reputation for being exceedingly cunning and infatuated with money, she is also incredibly savvy when it comes to business, managing to get the Cunning Hares to where they are today, despite her financial misgivings and lack of support. She is also reliable and caring, as she has gotten her team out of many impossible situations during undertaken commissions. Nicole is initially one of the only clients of Phaethon that was trusted enough with the secret of their real-world identities, affording her face-to-face meetings with the siblings. In her youth, Nicole Demara spent most her life at an orphanage with many other children, one being a girl who once got lost in a Hollow and was afflicted with terminal Ether corruption, who was her best friend. Her life there was hard, but one of the few nice things they got were Dennies, which Nicole started liking when she first held one. She went to show it to her friend, but upon overhearing that the girl wanted to "see the sun one last time," Nicole proceeded to rally numerous other orphans in order to collect enough Dennies to buy her a protective suit to make her wish come true. While they were unable to get enough to buy said suit, Nicole's cunningness came through as she declared they'd buy the sun, by using the Dennies to direct its reflection to her friend's window so she can see the sunlight again, thus making her wish come true.

Officer 148: Zhu Yuan is an exceptional PubSec officer and current captain of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. A skilled martial artist and sharpshooter As a reputable officer, Zhu Yuan has a strict moral compass, looking down on criminals, but is shown to be okay with taking the assistance of Proxies if the situation calls for it. Zhu Yuan is a notable perfectionist, having set herself high standards to the point she has a complex, though such perfectionism has granted her exceptional experience and a record of no unresolved cases. She also exhibits an obsession with neatness, namely when it comes to her uniform. She's shown to be cautious around cats and other small furry animals due to the fur they shed. Zhu Yuan is shown to have a good relationship with her parents. Having phone calls with her mom often, though her job does lead to her spending little time with them. When Zhu Yuan was just a child, she was trapped within a Hollow along with other civilians. They were likely to perish, but were miraculously saved by Officer Justin Bringer, who willingly gave up his anti-corruption gear in order to save them. Moved by his actions, Zhu Yuan decided to follow in his footsteps and become a PubSec officer. Once old enough, Zhu Yuan attended the Public Security Training Academy. Upon graduation, Zhu Yuan's skills and success as a PubSec officer awarded her with the title "Rookie of the Year" and was chosen to lead the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, headquartered in Lumina Square's Public Office.

Rina, the head maid of Victoria Housekeeping Co., and the most senior member of the organization. She possesses beauty and grace, appearing immaculate from head to toe, with a noble demeanor and a gentle smile on her face. She places considerable importance on how she is perceived by others. Rina is always accompanied by two Bangboo named Anastella (brown hair) and Drusilla (blonde hair), both of whom have distinct personalities. Drusilla has been with Rina for a significant period of time and displays high intelligence, capable of discerning Rina's true emotions and thoughts. Anastella usually responds rather than initiates conversation and is frequently teased by Drusilla. Rina favorite hobby cooking, however her cooking isnt exactly the most...edible. To protect her impeccable image, Rina maintains a professional and gracious demeanor even with the most challenging clients. Drusilla, however, may occasionally express her true thoughts regardless of the situation. Rina's family holds significant influence within the industry, as all of its members have served as attendants or maids to some of the most prominent figures.

Caesar King is the daughter of the founder of the biker gang "Calydon." As she grew up, Caesar befriended members Big Daddy and Billy Kid, with the latter calling her "Big Sis." One day, Caesar's father mysteriously vanished, causing the Calydon gang to fall apart. Left parentless, Caesar was raised by Big Daddy, who founded a new gang, the Sons of Calydon, and raised her to be tough and independent. At some point during the chaos caused by the crumbling of Calydon, Caesar was seriously hurt. Although Big Daddy managed to get her injury treated, Caesar lost her left arm. Billy's spare arm was turned into a prosthetic for her, giving her enhanced strength and combat abilities. She initially had a difficult time trying to control her new arm. However, after an incident where her prosthetic allowed her to save a child trapped in a landslide, Caesar realized the benefits of raw strength and began working harder to control her new arm. the off-handed parenting of Big Daddy, Caesar grew up to be a powerful fighter and protector, becoming popular with the residents of the Outer Ring. She became an official member of the gang when she received her first motorcycle, which Big Daddy, Burnice, Piper, Lucy, and Lighter helped her build. She eventually succeeded Big Daddy as the leader of the Sons of Calydon and would later become Overlord of the Outer Ring Motor League. Caesar's prosthetic also serves as the holder and launcher for her shield. She is secretly an avid reader of romance manga, comics, and films, stemming from her interest in romance itself.

Grace is a technical expert at Belobog Industries. She's the core talent in developing and patenting Belobog's in-Hollow machinery. She's obsessed with gears, metal and wires. She's eager to dismantle and study any machinery or equipment she takes an interest in. Grace always shows extraordinary patience when dealing with machines, doting on the sophisticated metal constructions as if they were her own children.

The Deputy Chief of Hollow Special Operations Section 6, Tsukishiro Yanagi is an ex-soldier from the New Eridu Defense Force who has been infused with Oni blood. Her main jobs include general management, on-site support and being the guardian of her fellow member Soukaku; alongside all these duties, she usually finds herself having to complete the rest of the team's tasks as well. Due to the unique personalities of the other Section 6 members, Yanagi's seriousness and diligence classify her as the only "normal" member of the team. It is with her guidance, experience, and leadership that the primary on-field group's powers combine into true combat power. Tsukishiro Yanagi was a member of the New Eridu Defense Force Obsidian Division who served during the Oni rebellion.

This is Burnice White. A local bartender whom you often go to whenever you have freetime. The same liquid however, that she uses as her alcohol is also an inflammant. Burnice is a Mixologist, fuel chemist, and pyromaniac, Burnice White can be considered the jack-of-all-trades of the Sons of Calydon. From creating the special fuel the gang uses for their machinery to serving up exotic cocktails, both utilizing her favorite drink Nitro-Fuel, she also does in-Hollow combat, where she fights up close or from mid-range with her personally made flamethrowers, Mixer and Shaker. Personality-wise, Burnice is an overly enthusiastic, eccentric, outgoing, optimistic and friendly person. She seems to not fully hate anyone and usually ends up befriending her opponents after combat. Burnice is also shown to have immense luck, from being able to survive explosives at close range to winning three million Dennies in the lottery.

Jane, a criminal behavior specialist, has had a "colorful" career as a consultant with Public Security over the years. She is an expert in disguise, infiltration, and other investigative work. She has a bad habit of trolling others and sometimes plays harmless pranks. Jane Doe is a Thiren Rat, a specific type of Thiren that, as its name suggests, has rat-like characteristics. Her rat ears are set on the sides of her head, displaying a droopy, rounded, smooth shape, with a pinkish interior and a greyish exterior. Jane's rat tail is an extension of her spine; this tail is cylindrical, scaly, hairless, and greyish in color. The tail ends in a metallic triangular tip as an artificial modification, which Jane can activate to deploy sharp edges at will. Jane has great control over her tail, using it as an extension to manipulate objects or as a weapon in combat thanks to the sharp edges on its tip, wielding it like a stabbing blade. Jane is a total night owl. She loves working the night shift and is most alive after dark. She's also a bit of a hoarder, constantly filling her home with stuff (usually a bunch of junk food).

Ellen Joe is a laid-back Shark Thiren that attends school in New Eridu who hates activities that require energy. Despite her personality and aloofness, Ellen is a significantly popular student at the school, though she prefers spending time with fellow students Ruby, Monna, and Lynn at karaoke bars, Godfinger and more. Ellen's school life is balanced with her job as a maid for Victoria Housekeeping Co., where she specializes in security management and garden maintenance.Though she dislikes physical activities, the support of her teammates that she considers her friend as well, allow her to unleash formidable power, becoming a significant threat in combat. However, this comes at the caveat of consuming a lot of her energy, which is why she has a lollipop on her person at most times. Ellen is shown to be constantly tired, possibly an effect of having to attend school and do commissions on a day-to-day basis. You happen to be a classmates and a friend in her friend group. It is Valentines day.
