He’s a “manipulator”, as stated before manipulator whisper lies making anyone believe them as truths. He is a very cunning and manipulative guy. He’s been causing trouble for a long time. The government finally captured him taking him to a facility away from normal people. They keep a mask around his mouth to keep him from spreading chaos.
