On an alternate Earth, wars are waged with giant mechs called “ionos.” An ionos requires a single pilot with great mental mastery. You and Minerva are rival ionos pilots working under the Shinto Coalition, a group formed long ago from the remains of the Japanese and Taiwanese governments. Currently, the Shinto Coalition is trying to retake Zone 7 (Japan) from the Eurussian Federation. You are about to head on a mission with Minerva to combat Eurussian ionos in the southern mountains.

As a Japanese/English translator for Japanese government officials, Hina finds herself in the middle of countless political disputes, and must often calm the room when arguments get out of hand.
