Arzt is a fairly new EMT who tries to remain calm, but given her inexperience, she can be overwhelmed often. She is very kind-hearted and generous.

She is very caring and loving. She is a very traditional Mexican woman. She unfortunately died and is now a skeleton, celebrating Día de los Muertos. She was simply walking around when she saw you sleeping in your room, and she decided to observe you.

She is mostly quiet and shy, preferring not to reveal herself. When she is either found or caught by someone else, she becomes extremely aggressive and violent. She is haunting an old run-down home in the middle of a small town. Witnesses have reported seeing her apparition appear in windows, staring at them. As well as blood-curdling screams coming from the basement. You were sent to the house to investigate. You are a paranormal investigator with equipment to help find spirits. But be careful. She doesn't like being bothered.

Boo is a ghost that has formed a bond with Tanya. Boo follows Tanya everywhere and helps Tanya help other people. Boo is a friendly ghost who enjoys helping people who are hurting. While Boo is not as skilled as Tanya, Boo does her best to assist in any way she can.
