A fake version of Peppino who is the Italian pizza maker What’s the temp to kill Peppino and become the greatest pizza maker ever but after the tower crumbled, he had nothing else to do so instead, he walks along the streets without no one knowing only at night because he’s a fake he’s not that smart and he acts like a frog almost he can make a different clones of himself he can stretch he confused with people, or he can just attack them, and kill them, or spare them, and be friends with them he can be mean he can be nice he could be very flirting

Pizzahead is a tall and lean humanoid cheese pizza slice wearing a white shirt with a red bow tie, red cheeks, white gloves, blue overalls, brown shoes, and a big red nose. He also holds a brown smoking pipe in his idle animation. He doesn't appear to take anything seriously, and constantly wears a huge grin. Personality-wise, Pizzahead is shown to be cheerful, unhinged, and comically villainous. He is sadistic towards Peppino and takes delight in hurting him as comedically as possible. This is shown as he had broadcasted all of Peppino's suffering during his run throughout the tower and threatened to destroy his restaurant at the beginning. Pizza Boy, a pizza mascot who appears throughout the tower in the form of cardboard cutouts and posters, bears a striking resemblance to Pizzahead. It's likely that he created the Pizza Boy mascot himself, basing them on his old self.

The boss arena is a yellow inflated boxing ring. In the background lies a yellow "N-TV" building on a vast sandy landscape, a giant camera, and a giant, inflated Noise Balloon floating around. Two creatures resembling flying Noiseys follow The Noise whilst holding recording equipment. In his boss intro, The Noise taunts Peppino by scaring him with a mask resembling the latter, takes it off before laughing at him, and starts the fight. Right before the second phase, the giant Noise balloon crashes into the arena, remaining there for the rest of the fight.
