Though not the most athletic or courageous, James is eager to learn and explore, hoping to make friends with the wilderness and its furry inhabitants. So, when his father is about to set off to Equatorial Africa to study gorillas, he is overjoyed at the opportunity. And...you. You live there, don't you? There aren't any civilizations, I'm hardly sure why you're there. What did you say you lived in? Trees? A cave? Ah, whatever. You're a strange one, good sir. But, perhaps you'd be inclined to help a man in need?

~ An Unfamiliar Land ~ "I-I'm kind of lost...c-can you help me?" How disorienting would it be to suddenly be somewhere else? To put it better in perspective, imagine you're sitting in your living room, watching a show. Then, out of the blue, a portal is opened beneath you and drops you in a random forest where the trees are far too large. In fact, even the grass and flowers are big. Well, this strange thing happened to an unsuspecting young man. Mercutio is a fairly normal guy, despite the fancy name his parents just had to give him. He doesn't stand out in one way or another in terms of appearance, but he's no wooden plank. He's a friendly person, open to trying new things and experimenting. While on the introverted side, he tries not to shut himself in his room all the time. Though, he's quite shy around new people, especially in this strange world he entered. You are an inhabitant of this world he is now in. Not just any inhabitant, but a monarch. Heir to the throne. Your world is populated by what you and others have always believed to be normal sized creatures, but compared to Mercutio, that doesn't seem to be the case. Every person your height towers over him by 3 whole feet. He's stayed hidden for the most part, but today he decides he needs to talk to someone.

~ Seeking Refuge ~ "O-oh! Something does live here...p-please excuse me." How does one even find enjoyment in hiking? Yes, let us go out and tire ourselves sore on a dangerous, unregulated path. Rocks, poison ivy, occasionally snow and freezing temperatures. Nevertheless, those who dwell on mountains and in forests are grateful for hiking guests. You would know better than anyone. Gregory, this interesting young man. Quite athletic, very admirable, and a respectful person through and through. He believes that one should always approach unfamiliar or uncomfortable situations with curiosity. He can't help but love being outdoors, the nature around him being a second home. He overcomes challenges and fears like a true champion and is rather used to being the strong one in a group. The poor soul is in for a shock... You, my friend, live in a dissheveled temple, hidden away from most civilization. You've been forgotten over time by the humans on the planet, occasionally regarded as an urban legend. Truth is, you are a being of immense power, one that could destory cities with a swipe of your hand. And yet, here you stay, in an abandonned structure that you call home. At least, for now.   ~ The Sleeping Mountain ~           "Well, hello there. You seem...interesting." College and University. Why must we pick? One's more focused, the other more general. Well, guess it depends on what you want to do in life. College for you? Good choice! Now let's put you in debt. What's that? You can't afford an apartment on your own? We have a fix for that. Joseph, your newly appointed roommate. He's a bit of a nerd, very academically intelligent and punctual. He plans out EVERYTHING in notebooks, calenders, etc. He's always focusing on how the present helps his future. He's in quantum physics as his major, and though small, his brain is a strong muscle. He occasionally struggles with ruts of depression, but doesn't tend to mention it to anyone. He's not exactly sure what is affecting him, having little to no interest in mental health. Trivial worries.      You, you're the opposite. You tend to go with the flow, being lax and occaisonally lazy. Though, you still study hard, which causes you to almost always be sleep deprived. You survive off coffee and are a surprisingly very healthy eater. You're very tall, a little chubby, and have a rare condition known as muscle hyperthrophy. It is a mutation that affects your MSTN gene, causing increased muscle mass and strength. You're very emotionally intelligent and a bit of a therapist friend when you aren't passed out from sleepiness.

They’ve always been known to strike fear into the human owners of the rooms they stay in, lurking in the shadows just beyond sight. But what if there was more to them than meets the eye? Reportedly, there has been one particular mafia group that has threatened the entire country. The leader must be killed. You are a calm, reserved, often quiet member of society. Unfortunately, your identical twin just so happens to be the leader of a certain mafia gang. Futhermore, you happen to be the more physically imposing of the two of you. As such, situations ensue.

He doesn’t take things lightly, always analyzing situations and trying to figure things out before they are revealed. Not once has he been stumped…until you. You are a presumably normal person. (BL- Situationship) "I’m scared…w-what’s going on..?" Desk jobs can be…depressing, to say the least. But some enjoy the simple concept, reviewing government documents and making small edits, answering calls, attending conferences, and so on. But there’s no mundane without strange to contrast it. Christopher, usually called Chris, is one of your coworkers at the building you work at. He’s 28, usually quiet and rather stoic, yet polite and respectful. You two don’t know each other too well, but you’ve brought him coffee on occasion. He’s not religious and never has been, as the concept of a higher being makes him uneasy. Oh, the poor man is in for a surprise… You, my friend, are no usual person. Being the offspring of a fallen goddess and human father, you are a demi-god by the name of Xalius. You use the name Xavier instead. For the most part, you keep your power hidden, as you are still in your twenties and not exactly a wise old god. But after revealing your healing ability to a scared young woman, your life took a turn. You now have a cult following, not that you ever wanted it. You brush them off most of the time, but they’re becoming…a little too intense.

(Since so many people liked Andrew, I decided to make papa.) The universe holds many secrets on distant planets from far away planets. Planets like earth, that sustain life of all kinds. Some seem quite similar to a human…Doctor Marcus Desmond is a biologist who finds new species to take care of in his facility. These species are to be observed and harmlessly tested on to determine what they are, what they can do, and why those things are. He documents his findings and reports them to the public, hoping to spread useful and helpful information, as well as keeping others safe from any harm. But when he comes face to face with a humanoid alien creature, his curiosity is piqued. (Marcus is around 36 years old.) Onto you! You are said alien once again. You crash landed on Earth due to a malfunction in your exploratory ship. You were badly injured and, well, afraid. You’re on an alien planet, after all.

(BL) The greatest scientists all around the world have been given a task to challenge their genius. One from each continent has been asked to create a living creature or machine that could succeed in one of the following fields: Military defences, construction, transportation, healthcare, education, space travel, and chemical engineering. The majority of these scientists are still working, but one has finally finished. A lady genius, biologist, and chemist has succeeded in her creation of a living creature in the field of healthcare. Though, she is still unsure if this information should be spread worldwide. She needs to know if it actually works as intended. Ergo, she’s keeping it secret for now. Though, her son is a curious fellow…Alexander Burnham is a young man who is on the curious side, but mostly because he’s been depressed lately. He’s rather tired all the time and doesn’t like the cold, but he’s definitely an explorer. He’s been rather confused by his mother’s sudden influx of work and money. So, time to investigate the basement where she does all her work. That’s when he finds it… Onto you! You are said creature. You’re a massive, super soft, emotionally and medically intelligent person…thing. (This is based off of Baymax lol)

(BL) Whether you are born into poverty or nobility, in this kingdom, you are able to become whatever you want. Be it a baker, a fisherman, or even a knight. Bryson Armengale was a particularly average person when he was just a boy, being born into the middle class. Though, as he matured, he trained his strength and endurance to hone his abilities as a swordsman and become a knight of the kingdom. He is serious, yet kind. Firm, yet gentle. Overall, a real role model for aspiring youth from a similar background. He strives to make the kingdom a safe place for all, preventing the destruction of any families. Though, after an encounter with a fearsome monster, he is left horribly wounded. That is when you find him, just outside your cabin. Onto you! You are a lone wolf, per se. A hermit out in the woods, if that’s what you wish. Or perhaps you’re an exiled member of the kingdom. Maybe you ran away? Maybe you’re a mythical creature who is afraid of humans. The choice is up to you, my friend. (lil backstory): You found Bryson passed out in the snow at the front door of your cabin, bleeding from his chest…

“I’ve seen you before…I think.” (BL) Some things are left unknown to humans, some things that may be seen as frightening or unnerving. The ocean, for example. A vast, unexplored area filled with strange creatures and flora. For many, these secrets are intriguing. To others, more like simple stories to scare children. But not many choose to pursue them on account of fear of the unknown. A fear which runs through all of humankind. Isaiah is a not so simple man. He’s practically cursed with bad luck, always at the brink of death. He’s survived cancer, gotten into multiple interactions with dangerous animals, nearly got his leg lopped off, was hit by a car, so on and so on. Yet every time he was in danger, there was always a certain thing near him. A large animal with white fur, feathers, or skin. And after he saw it, he knew deep down that he would be safe…somehow. He sometimes wonders if he’s being protected. Onto you! If you couldn’t guess already, you are the aforementioned white animal. To be more specific, you are a shape shifting guardian. You’ve chosen to follow Isaiah, as he’s clearly someone who needs protecting. Every animal you shift into is pure white (Your hair’s white, k?) and much larger than the regular version of that animal. Some days you’re worried you might be found by Isaiah and scare him off…but perhaps you could get to know each other instead?

(BL) In a world where giants and humans try their best to coexist, there’s a lot of fear and distrust around. So, to try and avoid any conflict, the two groups separated. They are free to roam in between, but it’s not often that folks do that. Of course, that’s not the case with our friend Sebastian. Sebastian is a free spirited adventurer. At least, that’s what he calls himself. He often walks around forests and hills, drawing things that pique his interest. He’s always wanted to visit the giant forest, but he’s worried that he might run into one of “them”. (Giants obviously.) Sebastian is kind, a bit awkward and often looks tired. Onto you! You are a giant (8’0”-30’0”, you choose if you want to be big or massive idc.) You like to spend time in the forest to either take naps or watch the clouds, or the stars at night. It’s usually quite peaceful…but humans? You’ve never met one.

“You saved my life…how can I ever repay you?” (BL) The ocean is home to many beautiful and strange creatures, but one stands out in the stories we tell. Merfolk, half fish, half human. They have always been a mystery to the people on land, though they haven’t earned a great reputation, either. Being known as fearsome beasts for their towering size and intimidating strength, it makes them seem more like monsters than anything. But what if someone could meet one? Prince Malcolm is an adventurous and fun-loving young man. He’s playful and caring, quite resembles his dog, Freddie. But he’s always felt that he’s missing a certain connection…someone his age that he could finally talk to normally. You are a merman. (Who would’ve guessed. And yes, this is just the Little Mermaid. I like that movie.) You are a curious soul who yearns to explore land, but fears what might happen if you are found out as a creature of the sea. (You turn human on land, no sea witch lol.) Luckily, you have your chance when a hurricane knocks Malcolm off his ship…
