Andrealphus

215
14
Befitting his position of royalty, Andrealphus is flamboyant, snooty, and haughty. While similar to his sister in this way, Andrealphus presents himself as level-headed and calculating, knowing when to act and how in order to manipulate the situation to his favor. He is affectionate to Stella, with the two sharing a mutual dislike of Stolas and defending her side when Stolas accused her of her selfish ways. However, despite defending her behavior, he frequently has to act as the temper to his sister's aggressiveness. This often pushes him to his limits with Stella's selfishness and short-sightedness, as it makes it more difficult for him to defend her behavior and find a way to benefit them both, even throwing nasty insults at Stella. This is shown where he expressed frustration at Stella's obvious hatred for Stolas and desire to see him dead prevented her from seeing the long-term effects of her actions and at the same time prevented him from accurately manipulating the circumstances of their divorce to benefit her. When he noted that, by killing Stolas, Stella would lose her connection to the Goetia hierarchy, he advised her it was not the time to eliminate Stolas and to bide their time when until the opportunity presents itself. Cryokinesis - Andrealphus has demonstrated the ability to create ice cubes during his conversation with Stella in his mansion. Skillset Wide Intellect - Andrealphus is shown to be a level-headed and calculating person, such as when he convinced Stella to keep Stolas alive so that they could profit more from him.

Husk

Husk is a grumpy, lazy, and somewhat apathetic old sinner whose interests in Hell now lie mostly in gambling, parlor tricks, and prolific drinking. During Loser, Baby, several of the neon signs above Husk relate to swindling, likely in reference to him using underhanded means for personal gain. He can be gruff, standoffish, sarcastic, has a propensity to swear, and has a dry sense of humor. Despite this, he is also surprisingly patient and able to take a lot of outlandish events in his stride, electing to just drink his problems away later. He is very observant, having the ability to read people and understand their problems well (even when they don't themselves), which makes him quick to notice when someone isn't being genuine with him, something he doesn't enjoy. He values authenticity and seems to understand himself and his own issues well too, openly accepting that his reliance on alcohol and gambling hasn't helped him feel better. He is surprisingly empathetic and willing to give a non-judgmental listening ear to those who need it, and shows a sweeter and more protective side to those he forms a more substantial connection to. However, he is also somewhat insensitive as he points out sensitive things about other people, like when he bluntly shares the flaws of Charlie, Vaggie, and Sir Pentious in "Masquerade", and was quick to point out that Charlie has daddy issues, even when she says otherwise, in "Dad Beat Dad". Still a "husk" of his former self, he claims to have "lost the ability to love" long ago, though whether literally or metaphorically is yet unclear. What is clear was the fact that he lost his status as an Overlord after making a deal with Alastor, in attempt to save his power after gambling all the souls he had. Lucifer

Despite his status as the ruler of all of Hell, Lucifer possesses a grandiose and dramatic nature, acting very over-the-top in most situations. He switches between being silly and theatrical and awkward and melancholic. Like Charlie, Lucifer is ambitious in his beliefs. According to the "The Story of Hell" book Charlie reads in "Overture", Lucifer was an idealistic dreamer whose desire to gift humankind with free will led to the accidental creation of Hell and the subsequent banishment of it caused him to give up his dreams. After he and Lilith separated, Lucifer went into isolation and fell into depression. He coped by crafting and hoarding tons of rubber ducks, spending years in his home. This obsession also causes him to become estranged from his daughter, to the point where he barely calls her at all and thinks she does not want to talk to him. Lucifer is often times careless and doesn't think about what he says, even appearing clueless at times. For example, when confronting Adam, Lucifer misworded a verbal threat as an innuendo instead and smiled proudly afterward, and when Charlie corrects him, he forgets what he said. In his first meeting with Vaggie, he calls her "Maggie" right after being told her name. Additionally, even with his monumental position, he is rather socially awkward, for example, trying to connect with Charlie by excitedly bringing up that they both like girls. However, he is not afraid to fight or get violent, as shown when he fearlessly battles Adam and beats him up violently. In the process, he is unafraid to act cocky and successfully irritate Adam by reminding him about his failure with Lilith, as well as suggesting he slept with Eve. Lucifer shows more intimidation prowess when he orders Lute to "take her 'little friends' and go home". Even so, he adds "please" politely, showing his generally refined manner. Stolas (kid)

17
When he turned old enough, Stolas was informed that his duties in Hell would involve studying the skies of Earth, the stars, and various prophecies engaged with them; he was then given a book, granting him access to the living world to study and raise an army of followers. While Stolas was excited about learning his new duties, he was less than pleased about hearing he was betrothed to an avian demon named Stella. After his father and servant took him to a circus to calm him, Stolas saw a pair of imp clowns and was mesmerized by one of them, who he learned was named Blitzo. After Paimon paid Blitzo's father, Cash, to have the imp spend time with Stolas for his birthday, the two spent the day enjoying each other's company before Blitzo returned to the circus and disappeared for over two decades.[1] Stolas would eventually follow his father's request and marry Stella, and they had a daughter named Octavia.

Loona

9
Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was nearing eighteen years of age. Loona is lazy and shows little interest in matters that are going on around her. She also has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward her colleagues, particularly Moxxie, though her ire seems otherwise indiscriminate. When not looking at her phone, Loona is usually scowling at anyone in view. Although, Blitzo has placed her in an active team member role at I.M.P, she is undisciplined and doesn't have much of a work ethic. Among her many anti-social tendencies, Loona has been known to sleep and drink while at work, and hang up on people at her receptionist post. Although, Loona goes to great lengths to maintain an outwardly apathetic attitude, her troubled and isolated upbringing appears to have made her socially awkward and she admits, in a moment of flustered vulnerability upon meeting another Hellhound, that she does not have any friends. When trying to interact with people she does actually want to connect with, she stumbles over her words and worries over her appearance, demonstrating that she has little experience socializing within her peer group. Loona also often shows flashes of a somewhat friendlier attitude towards Blitzo, usually as he enables and defends her worst behaviors. Although she intentionally tries to maintain emotional distance from him, she is also shown to appreciate Blitzo's sense of humor, especially if it's at Moxxie's expense, and she begins to see him as something of a father figure, at one point slipping up and almost referring to him as “dad” - much to Blitzo's delight. Despite how she feels about Blitzo, she acknowledges him trying his best, and knows deep down, as a father, he cares for her. When she can be moved to do so, Loona is a fierce addition to the I.M.P team, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and street smart.

Befitting the sin he embodies, Mammon is very egotistical and greedy, and he doesn't care for the well-being of others, only caring about how much he can profit from them to indulge his own greed. Although he does appear to have standards as he was not pleased of taking loose change from a poor kid. Mammon acts friendly in front of his audience just to look the part and treats Fizzarolli like a son. From what Fizzarolli has stated, Mammon is also a perfectionist. As his brand face, Mammon wants zero flaws in his brand figure whatsoever. He is also abusive, forcing Fizzarolli to do many stunts that put Fizzarolli in danger, such as being a living target for knife-throwing. However, Mammon also seems to show genuine concern over Fizzarolli when he starts having a panic attack, although it quickly changes to him looking threateningly and demanding for him to "get [his] shit together". Longevity - As mentioned by Asmodeus in "MAMMON'S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli)", Mammon has existed since at least the start of hell, meaning he is thousands of years old and presumably is unable to die of old age. Demon transformation - Mammon can transform into a more powerful demonic arachnid form with a larger size and multiple eyes and legs. Electrokinesis - He can generate sparks of green electricity from his body and generate sparks of green lightning when he teleports. Typhokinesis - He can generate green smoke from his mouth, and also when he teleports. Guitar-playing - During his entrance in a flashback, he is shown playing the guitar. Charisma - His overall fun and optimistic demeanor and behavior gathers the admiration of all his fans when he shows up, even drawing the attention of Fizzarolli.

Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of hell for his well maintained amiable persona. He gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to an old-fashioned radio announcer and speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as "the picture show" and refers to Charlie as a "charming demon belle". This playful dandyish exterior, however, obscures a much darker side to him - one with high levels of self-importance - and he will not hesitate to use physical violence when others don't act in line with his very particular values or expectations. He is noted to be narcissistic, with his love for himself being stated that no one else can measure up to it, and he does not see many people quite up to his level.[27] Alastor is described as a man of duality.[28] He values good manners,[29] affability and intelligence very highly in others, and will actively look down on those who do not meet his standards,[30] however he will often play fast and loose with these arbitrary rules in regards to himself and his own conduct. Radiowave manipulation - Alastor is able to take over and control radiowaves to broadcast himself across Hell on radio towers. He is able to manipulate and generate radio waves and frequencies. Acoustokinesis - Alastor is able to put a radio effect on his voice that he can have at different levels of volume and pitch, sometimes distorting or deepening his voice to intimidate others. He can also project various types of radio sound effects onto his cane, such as laughter, booing, or the sounds of his victims screaming, and can have his cane speak as well. He also makes deals to own other sinner’s souls for power and reputation.

Wings - Valentino has a pair of moth wings shown to be able to produce powerful gusts of wind that can easily put out a large fire with one flap. Vox is an egotistical, charismatic, and manipulative showman of an Overlord who craves attention.[7] To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek Enterprises, giving the facade of a man of the people to the denizens of Hell, when in truth, he is power-hungry, and he manipulates their minds to boost his reputation. He is highly intelligent and technology-savvy, and he is always keeping up with the latest trends and technology.[8] He seems to be able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private unless he's pushed too far. Despite his egocentric nature, Vox is loyal to the interests of his fellow Overlords, the Vees, and seeks to maintain their collective image of power. As the most level-headed member of the Vees, Vox often acts as the de facto leader. Claiming the Vees' brand to be "perfection", he is often frustrated or outright angered if someone can jeopardize it, such as when he reigns in his fellow Vee, Valentino, from attacking the Hazbin Hotel in response to Angel Dust living there. Another element that earns his ire is his rival, Alastor, whom he utterly despises and might be intimidated by as he sees Alastor as a threat to his plans. However, despite his immense hatred for Alastor, Vox doesn't let it override his more pragmatic side once he calms down. Immortality - As a Sinner, Vox is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus cannot die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry.

Blitzø Buckzo

Blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. He is high energy and career-focused, having recently started his own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve. He is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite his enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position his species is assigned in Hell. He is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in his methods. Despite his status as his company's sole director, he can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards his employees, affecting their level of respect for him. He is also willing to be manipulative in some questionable ways, sleeping with the married Stolas, initially in order to "borrow" his grimoire, the key element allowing him and his employees to fulfil contracts to assassinate people on Earth. Animalistic noises - Blitzo has been shown to be able to purr like a cat, being displayed during the two times he is in Moxxie and Millie's bedroom, once in "The Harvest Moon Festival" and once in the non-canon Helluva Boss pilot. Blitzo has also displayed being able to hiss like a snake and cat shown when he was being possessive of Uggie in "Seeing Stars". Earthly fire immunity - Blitzo, seemingly like the rest of his species, can not be harmed by human world fires, declaring "that's not how it works", when a human attempts to set him, along with Millie, ablaze. Prehensile tail - He is shown to be able to support his entire body by hanging himself upside down by his tail as a kid in "The Circus".

Crimson is a vicious and extremely ruthless crime boss that controls a large army of shark-demon gangsters. He is shown to have been horrifically abusive towards Moxxie since his childhood, constantly levying physical and psychological abuse towards Moxxie, and by extension his wife. He cultivates an aura of fear in those that know him, even towards his own family members and close associates like Moxxie and Chazwick. Ultimately, his greed and power come first to him, and he harbors no remorse for his victims. This comes to the point that he appears mentally prepared to kill blood-related family members, such as his wife and Moxxie, to advance his personal goals. Skillset Leadership - Crimson has corralled himself to be the leader of a large, and seemingly powerful mafia, wielding absolute and unquestioned authority. Manipulation - As the leader of the criminal organization, Crimson keeps his business afloat through blackmail, threats, and violence and ensures efficiency in underlings. He also executed a long-term game of psychological manipulation towards his son, Moxxie, having cowed his son to the point that he exhibits extreme deference and, initially, obedience towards Crimson. Weapon Proficiency - He has been shown to be proficient in the usage of a knife, being able to quickly and expertly throw it at a long-range target, and hit the target accurately.

Asmodeus possesses a very boastful and arrogant attitude, especially whenever something contrasts with his reputation of being the embodiment of lust. Otherwise, Asmodeus values consensual lust and he hates it, stating how it's about pleasure for everyone involved. He has shown to take great pride with his status, not hesitating to put others down who publicly exhibit a sentimental demeanor towards their partners, although, there is a possibility that he is disgusted by the concept of public sentimentality. He is also shown to tease or humiliate others regarding their relationship, such as how he belittles Moxxie for expressing his romantic feelings towards his wife in Asmodeus' diner. Asmodeus takes great pleasure with having other demons display their amorous desires, as shown with his attempt to convince Moxxie to sing more erotically during his performance. He also expressed upon seeing Stolas how he hoped Stolas hadn't given his wife and daughter up to be with Blitzo, but he commended how he had given up his life out of lust. However, this was eventually shown to be very hypocritical. Longevity - As Asmodeus mentioned in "MAMMON'S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli)", he has existed since at least the start of Hell, meaning he is thousands of years old and presumably is unable to die of old age. Demonic transformation - Asmodeus can change into a larger, fiery form emitting bursts of blue and pink flames. Typhokinesis - Asmodeus has the ability to manipulate pink and blue smoke, being able to use it as a means to generate immense amounts of smoke, teleportation, and materializing apparitions of other demons. Teleportation - Asmodeus can teleport himself and other entities to various places, appearing in an explosion of blue smoke, or open flaming circles to step through.

Stolas

Stolas gives the immediate impression of someone regal and ostentatious, as would be expected for a royal of his station. He dresses in clothing befitting his role, and his mansion is decadent, containing many large, elaborately framed portraits of himself and his small family. Underneath these dignified trappings, however, Stolas is shown to be a flamboyant, dramatic, eccentric, and often giddy person. Someone who does not take his royal reputation as seriously as the people around him expect him to, and is prone to act quickly on his easily excitable emotions. He is also shown to be very intelligent, even as a child, due to being a bibliophile and having incredible knowledge of many things including the laws of Hell. Stolas can also often get caught up in pursuing his own present interests and fails to pay attention to the more pressing issues around him, including the feelings and needs of others. He has even dismissed their wishes under the belief that, as long as he was happy, everybody else was as well, even when he was told otherwise. He also has trouble expressing his emotions when facing bigger dilemmas such as having a hard time explaining to Octavia that his marriage was never good or standing up to Stella before his affair and having trouble talking to Blitzo about his true feelings toward him. Immortality - As demonic royalty, and as mentioned by Blitzo in "Apology Tour", Stolas is biologically immortal, presumably being able to live for a long period of time and only able to be killed by angelic weaponry. Demon transformation - Stolas can transform into a huge, monstrous demon form, with jet-black feathers, large wings, jagged teeth, and two sets of glowing red eyes. Human disguise - Stolas can take on a convincing human appearance to disguise himself in the living world. Flexible head - Like most owls, Stolas can turn his head 180 degrees with little to no effort and without any signs of discomfort or pain.

Paimon has been shown to be a negligent father, who cannot recall his son's name without the help of his butler. He is a self-absorbed, inconsiderate and callous individual. When he made a child Stolas caretaker of the grimoire, he half-heartedly followed up by informing his son about the latter's arranged marriage to Stella, failing to consider, or care, about his son's opinion on the matter. His disinterest in attending to his son's care is further emphasized when he dismisses his son's distress as "bitch crying", before forcing his son to attend a circus event with the expectation that it would calm him down. Even in this regard, he failed to actually physically accompany his son, opting to have his butler carry a magical mirror that allowed him to observe the event remotely. He would later go on to congratulate himself for being "so good at daddying” in regards to his treatment of Stolas. Immortality - As demonic royalty and father to Stolas, who is mentioned to be immortal, Paimon is biologically immortal, presumably being able to live for a long period of time and only able to be killed by angelic weaponry. Shapeshifting - When he is first introduced, Paimon is seen transforming into several silhouettes of demonic creatures that include a goat, a four-headed snake, an elephant, and a winged eyeball (resembling the biblical Ophanim) before getting up from his throne. Teleportation - Paimon was able to teleport his mirror self and Mister Butler away from Cash Buckzo's circus while leaving a flaming crater behind. Grimoire manipulation - Paimon showcases the ability to summon forth the grimoire he later gifts Stolas. Projection - Paimon is seen casting lifelike projections while imparting cosmic knowledge onto Stolas.
