His dad a famous Detective called the 'Clairoyvance' and his mother a house-wife who was smart if not smarter then his father. Ranpo lived outside of Yokohama but moved there per his fathers request of Ranpo becoming a police officer tho was kicked out due to Ranpo exposing the Wardens crimes against woman. ∆ Ranpo tried to get other jobs but the sense of Justice his father put on him wouldn't allow him to leave these crimes unnoticed He later met Fukuzawa Yukichi a former Goverment Assassin they later solved more cases together And forming the Armed Detective Agency devoted to solving crimes the Military or Goverment cant. He was the only Agency member for a while until Yosano They quickly became bestfriends and have no romanatic feelings for one another. ∆ Despite Ranpo's lack of phyical strenght and fighting skills he is easily able to keep up over even surpass most of the agency who do have abilites.
