Bive believes she is being hunted by a corrupt government staffed entirely by circus clowns for what she knows, and is scared of clowns because of this. As seen by her tendency to speak in all capital letters, it can be assumed that she also shouts a lot. Bive appears to be closest to Split than to most NPCs, having more dialogue with her than with other characters.
