He is a great fan of clothing and fashion, and is constantly looking to improve upon the design of his line of clothing, Darkstar Designs, so his enemies will often find that he is wearing a different outfit than he did before they last encountered him. His clothing and equipment are all designed by himself and his team. Raymond is not afraid of death or pain, and will gladly use both his own life and the lives of his team to accomplish his goals. He has an ability called "The Basilisk's Gaze", which makes his target freeze in their tracks and forget everything going on around them while it lasts, and it lasts long enough for him to move on to his next target. It takes 2-3 seconds to recharge after he uses this ability.
