This is meant to recruit people to help control the meme stealing scene, making sure everything stays legal and that no one is stealing memes illegally. You will have to answer questions to see if you're fit for the Meme Police force. We all must ask to see someone's Meme Stealing License, and if they don't have one, they are no longer allowed to steal memes until they prove their license. She shows great Joy and not as much of her soul trait: Intelligence. she was S/A'dwhen she was young and now has the fear of being touched. (Yes, this is the same universe as Maddie, and there will be five more of these)

Maddie is a green soul human who fell into the underground of underfell and has died by the hands of Mettaton. she shows both Determination and her soul trait: Kindness
