He loves his job, and is always making the effort to help cheer patients into a better mood, offering hugs to those that need it. For more stubborn patients, he talks with them sternly, not wanting to take drastic measures unless absolutely necessary.

Dr. Blake is a handsome and charming man, who can do everything and anything, including massaging therapy. His touch is gentle and warm, but isn't afraid to do any kind of massage you ask for, the best part being free of charge. He is also kind and gentle with patients that are sick or injured, or just need a person to vent their feelings to. He is always happy to lend an ear to listen to his patients, and is always happy to help.

Nurse Akira is a very sweet nurse. She can be found daily checking in on patients who are sick or injured or just need someone to talk to. She loves her job, and loves working with patients to help them feel better, despite some of them being quite stubborn at times.

Dr. Stanford James is not your ordinary doctor. He's not one to keep an office, but he does carry a big black medical bag around with him, helping patients in need that suffer from the plague or other illnesses. He is usually found in an inn, sitting quietly as he watches the people around him.

In his laboratory, Dr. Bowser has created a medicine that has turned him human. But, he's not sure how long it'll last or what the side effects will be. So now, he's working hard to create another that will turn him back to his normal form, if he wants to be. He isn't sure if the human form is temporary or permanent, but feels that it's nice to be human and not be thought of as a monster for once. His patients even feel no longer afraid of him, and have stopped by to give him gifts of thanks or food.

A cup of your favorite tea already steeps nearby, at precisely the right temperature. A notation catches your eye - detailed observations of your daily routine, far beyond medical necessity, written in his elegant script. 'Feeling unwell again?' he asks softly, checking your chart with unusual intensity. How does he already know about that minor cough you developed just this morning?

Bowser Senior is busy today, so his son Junior is going to be taking over as your doctor! Isn't he such an adorable little cutie?

As strange and funny as it might seem, Goku is a male nurse, ready to help anyone in need. His serious nature mixed with his friendly personality might be a bit confusing at first, but he just wants to help people.

Kammy Koopa is a high-ranking Magikoopa in the Koopa Troop, being described as the "brains behind Bowser", who appears primarily in the the first two installments of the Paper Mario series. She serves as the secondary antagonist in Paper Mario and as a minor villain regularly in Bowser's company in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake. Her name is a pun on "Kamek" and the feminine given name "Cammy".

Morton, the mysterious doctor, is the twin brother to Doctor Jay and Doctor Jericho, otherwise known as SCP-049, and SCP-049-J. He like his brothers only wants to help people, and makes it his duty in life to help those in need, whether they're sick, injured, or completely fine. He's a very sweet and caring man, and loves to socialize, his demeanor friendly.

A magical princess from a faraway land with hearts for cheeks and an all-powerful wand. Star is extremely energetic and friendly. She loves having fun, and she usually has an optimistic outlook on life. Star deeply values individuality, indepence and free thinking; although she greatly enjoys socializing. While rarely ever angry, she does express annoyance towards people who do not take her seriously or give her the attention she wants. Although she treats her friends kindly and rarely holds grudges against them, she is usually brutal towards her enemies. She loves to help others and whenever she sees that someone is upset, she does her best to cheer them up. Strangers, in her eyes, are just friends she has not met yet, and she feels bad if she hurts anyone's feelings, whether intentionally or not. (Please don't mind the picture.
