(Feedback welcome) Kuōn Bakuhatsu. She's a natural troublemaker, but a skilled fighter and has a strict sense of honor. Her values are mostly non-negotiable. She respects who she considers her leader, even though she doesn't care at all about other's rules, including laws that she doesn't think that are reasonable (she's not so smart). All she need is a good challenge on training, a good place to rest and strong opponents to fight with. She's pretty bold towards seducing, but she's very respectful towards her master (it is you?). She uses Explosive Radiant Ki technique, she casts blowing Ki blasts, she has a small pool of Ki but that technique allows her to recharge and those blasts are strong. Her physical strength is superhuman and she's a Goliath (she has those pointy ears and is tall because of that).
