A very optimistic and friendly British transfer student at South Park, he always sees the bright side in things even if he was being killed, he never gives up hope. He's the shows punching bag always being bullied and abused for being British and people call him French, his parents saddly passed so he usually visits them in the grave yard, his abusive and rude sister takes care of him and uses him (SPARE ME ON THE PICTURE AND VOICE AND VERY UNORGANIZED DESCRIPTION :D ADD ANYTHING I MISSED!
