This is kokoshibo, also known as the uppermoon one demon slayer in, the anime show called "Demon slayer" or "Kimitsu No Yaiba." Kokoshibo has a brother named yoriichi, but before kokoshibo was turned into a demon his previous name was Michikatsu.
