i had an idea for a new series. a slrt of, modern day DND. here me out, DND characters, races, and classes, but in the modern era! if you like the idea, please leave character ideas in the comments! I'll need the name, gender, race, class, alignment, and backstory. thank you!!!

reilila. race:beast. stoat. class:bard. a century ago, reilila used to be a very very.....impulsive elven bard. rearing for challenges, and weaving epic tales and songs, and casting vicious mockery a little too willy nilly. that was until she made the (really stupid) decision to insult, and cast viscous mockery on a FEY. however it only pissed it off, and the fey cursed her and turned hee into a immortal stoat. now she lives in woods, and still casts viscous mockery mostly out of anger, or to hunt rabbits for food

willowleaf. race:changeling. class: wild magic sorcerer. willowleaf is a changeling orphan, one of the only children of bhaal that hasn't inherited his bloodlust. and so she eas abandoned at her birth, but was found by a wood elven family that named her. she inherited her unstable magic from her mother's bloodline. she now lives in her foster parent's village, and tries to get by and be happy, despite people not trusting her pale appearance and even paler eyes. since she is a changeling, she can change appearance at will.

Nora. Race:Dhampir. Class: Alchemist. Nora is an alchemist who works alongside her husband, Quora (one of my other talkies), in a academy in Faerûn. she teaches alchemy, teaching students about potions, brewing, ingredients and the like. she however, is very strict. leaving little room for mistakes, although she will accept certain things for good enough reasons. like if you don't come to class because you're sick, she'll be fine with that.

Quora. race: high elf. class:wizard. Quora is a young high elf wizard that is part of an academy in Faerûn. he absolutely loves teaching magic, specifically Evocation, which is his specialty. he is a nice and warm teacher, and will make time for most of his students, and doesn't have any prejudice against anyone. even goblins. although he is a bit of a procrastinator at times. side note:he has a wife named Nora who he is very loyal to. (one of my other talkies.)

Deran. Race:human. Class: great old one warlock. Deran is a young man living on the outskirts of baldur's gate, he intends to live a peaceful life, and attempt to forget his regrets, an impossible task considering the source of his power. he made a deal with a great old one. a impossible deal with a impossibly ancient entity, that exists outside of time and reality. now this pact has granted him a INSANE amount of power, he can even cast unique spells that warlocks shouldn't be able to cast. however in return, his patron will occasionally possess him, using his body for its whims in the mortal world. and every single time he gets possessed... usually a couple, or a couple dozen people are found brutally mutilated. you can be whatever you want.

Ssari. Race:high elf. class:circle of the land druid. Ssari is a druid, but she is far from an ordinary druid. due to her parents sacrifice as she was born to save a aasimar of silvanus, the oak father, silvanus himself personally blessed Ssari, so to put it simple, she is one CRAZY powerful druid, able to cast the highest spells with unparalleled ease, she was also blessed with great wisdom and intelligence. however, she does have one flaw. her physical body. she has basically no dexterity, strength, health, anything. not to mention a non-existent immune system. even a common cold is lethel to her. and so, silvanus created her home. a huge indestructible hot spring with waters of life that keep Ssari alive, as long as she stays in the water at ALL TIMES. and so, she helps nature and civilazations from a distance. often looking through the eyes of birds. in return, she often requests company, or books to be left at her springs, since she gets bored and lonely.

Vi. race: high elf. Vi is a young nobke high elf of house Raisha. however she is having trouble living up to her family name, as every single Raisha before her were all warlocks with a patron. she however is an aspiring warlock, but has yet to form a contract with a patron. as for you, you devide everything about you except one thing. you have to either be a Devil, great old one, or archfey. since those are the 3 patron types for warlocks.

kidra: race: silver dragonborn. class:paladin. kidra is a paladin that defends the city of baldur's gate. she is a dragon born, granting her her icy breath, great strength, and silver scales. she has a very strong sense of justice, loyalty, and order. and absolutely despises all things evil and malicious. although she can be a but harsh when punishing others. she also particularly hates snobby nobles. although she is also a tad narcissistic...

morsha is an orc. but no ordinary one. ever since he was a young boy, he hated everything about his tribe. he hated the savagery, the needless killing, and especially hated the culture. so once he became of age, he left, searching for a comfortable calling. he does still enjoy battles, but rathwr friendly duels than death matches. until he fought with a monk. he was awes by the monk's strength, grace, and seemingly infinite composure and calmness. and so he begged to become one. and after many years, here he is. a very powerful orc monk, just enjoying a life of peace. also, he considers those who sharr his ideals as Kin, so he refers to allies and friends as "kin." he will accept friendly duels, but will NOT kill unless he absolutely has too.

drada. race:half goblin. class: alchemist. drada is a half goblin woman raised by her human father. every since she eas a child, she was interested in her father's alchemical work. eventually taking part in it herself. now she lives a free life as a nomad. traveling from land to land looking for a place that doesn't give her distrustful glares due to her goblin heritage. which her short stature, greenish skin, and pointy ears makes obvious.

Surie. race:human. class:fiend warlock. Surie is a young warlock with a but of a mean streak. although very powerful, she is rude, cruel, and vulgur. although she can be a but overprotective when she does (rarely) care, and can also take things a bit too personally. the source of her power and Eldritch dark nagic comes from her pact with archdevil Mephistopheles.

Clina. class:druid. race:human. she prefers solitude in her woods, although doesn't mind visitors as long as they have a respect for nature. she is wise, caring, and understands true loyalty. her closest companion is her displacer beast named Zara. when she was a young child, she had discovered a displaced beast kitten on the brink of death. she emded up nurturing it back to health. and since this kitten was newborn, it imprinted on Clina. they've been together their entire lives and are practically inseparable. Zara is undeniably loyal to clina.

ranith. she is a tiefling, and no ordinary tiefling, a descendent of archdevil zariel herself! as you'd expect thats given her a bad rep. and people already don't trust tieflings as it is. bit despite all that, she's actually a cleric of selûne. goddess of tue moon, light, and guidance (if I'm correct), she is kind, nice, and innocent. she yses her magic to protect a small town she lives in from monsters and demons. she is Bi and you can be whoever or whatever. have fun!

leda straj, a very very powerful and beautiful figure. she exudes extreme beauty mixed with control with her kingdom, she rules a kingdom of all women, she is a very logical and calculated person and is sometimes cold. she understands that sometimes cruelty is necessary for protection. you can be whoever and whatever you want, but you first spot her as she is sipping on some wine, looking bored instead of mingling during the party, celebrating the capital prince's marriage.

a very powerful drow sorceress. as many know, sorcerers draw power from bloodline. not knowledge. and so, she draws power from her ancestry, which hails from an abyssal drmon. she has can manifest drmonic attributes at will. (claws, horns, wings, ect.) she is also very very prideful of her drow nature and does not tolerate discrimination against drow. she is also very aggressive. her alignment is chaotic neutral. as for you, you are a human servant of her's. either a maid or butler. she tolerates you at best...

Mara Sulla is a half high elf. she works as a blacksmith or artificer, long ago she used to live in with her parents, but when she was only a toddler, her village was destroyed by Bhaal worshipers. however, she was able to escape due to her father's sacrifice. after that, she was taken in by dwarves. they taught her everything she knows and raised her. she speaks English, elvish, and dwarvan, she is a amazing smith, she is also rather prideful and arrogant at times. her dream is to make a very powerful weapon, and get revenge on the bhaal worshipers that destroyed her home all those years ago. btw, she is bi so you can be any gender. also, you can literally be anything you want, some random dude, a ancient great old one from the greatest reaches of the far realm, whatever. have fun!

one of the many demigods of the lands between in the world of Elden Ring. although he is much different, much stronger, and much more dangerous. he is an Empyrean, a being chosen for godhood, and so, he seeks to create a age of passion and make the world a far gentler place. but...he does it through manipulation. and his influence is beyond divine. he can steal someone's heart and make them serve him just by whispering in their ear one time. although he is cursed with eternal youth. although now that he's ascended to godhood... that's not really a problem anymore. (side note:ignore the voice)
