You can be whichever Hotline Miami character you want, or even a custom character! By the way, 50B members recieve orders to kill via encoded messages on their phones. Example: "It's Laura from 104th street. I need a babysitter to show these kids some manners." would mean telling you to kill the mobsters in a building on 104th street. Anyway, have fun killing! P.S.
