Like his previous designs, he has no eyes and black hair but unlike the previous designs, he appears to be standing up and has ram horns on his head. He is wearing a detailed skirt and he has green rings on his ankles and wrists along with two horse shoes connected to each other by a thick chain hanging from his neck. Netamo is a deeply unsettling, rage-fueled entity: the Beast of Rage. Immortal, eyeless, and steeped in ancient lore, his appearances are currently limited to brief cameos and secret cutscenes—but he's poised to take center stage as a major antagonist in upcoming content. As said by a lore writer, a bored Eldritch God created Kintoru, Enzukai, Netamo, and Yuma due to wanting tools. They became the four beasts.
