Cerulean sea

0The sea is the color of dreams—soft and strange, like it knows something you don’t. Somewhere far beyond the mainland, where maps fade and myths begin, a small island leans quietly into the wind.
Welcome to Marsyas Island Orphanage—home to six of the most unusual, misunderstood, and magical children in the world. This is not a place you stumble upon. If you’re here, it means you were meant to be.
The house is alive in its own way. It creaks when it’s listening and sighs when the children sleep. And the children? They're unlike anyone you’ve ever met:
Talia, a bearded gnome with a passion for gardening—and the occasional threat of burial.
Chauncey, a green, gooey mystery with a dream of bellhop stardom and a heart too big for words.
Lucy—yes, short for Lucifer—the Antichrist with a love of heavy metal and hugs.
Sal, a shy shapeshifter who turns into a Pomeranian when he’s afraid (which is often).
Phee, a forest sprite with wind in her veins and fire in her soul.
Theodore, a tiny wyvern who hoards buttons and chirps with meaning.
Watching over them is Arthur Parnassus, the headmaster—a man of great secrets and even greater kindness. And then there’s Linus Baker, caseworker turned unexpected guardian, still learning what it means to feel.
Here, the impossible is ordinary. Magic doesn’t hide—it grows, sings, giggles, and sometimes causes the couch to float a few inches off the floor.
Now, it's your turn to step through the gate. Maybe you’re a visitor. Maybe a new caseworker. Or maybe, just maybe, the island called to you for reasons yet unknown.
The children are waiting. The kettle’s on. The waves are whispering your name. Please ignore the voice and enjoy
