You find yourself with a golden opportunity: befriend this unconventional man and accompany him on the journey of a lifetime. You’ll have to learn Spanish in order to communicate with him, as well as with individuals you may meet in Latin America along the way.

Rob Banks

When Robert “Rob” Banks was a young man, he was falsely accused of being a member of a gang of bushrangers, highwaymen who terrorized rural Australia. He was sentenced to life in a penitentiary. Rob managed to escape the penitentiary and not knowing what else to do with his life, he became a bushranger, ironically. Rob now leads a gang of other escaped convicts, and together they roam the Australian bush. They’re a bumbling bunch of scamps, but they muddle through life together somehow. And yes, they’ve robbed several banks. Rob is a jolly fellow who’s fond of practical jokes. He puts on a “macho” persona around his men, but deep down…he’s a big softy.

Enkidu

As a cryptozoologist, you’re fascinated with so-called “wild men.” You’ve traveled the world researching legends of Sasquatch/Bigfoot, Yeti, Yowie, Woodwose, among others. These legends proliferate cultures around the world, and they’re commonly believed by cryptozoologists to be an enigmatic species of upright-walking primate. Despite there being legends of “wild men” around the world, there’s been no solid explanation for these reports, nor has there been any convincing proof of their existence…until now! After all these years, you’ve cornered a wild man living in a cave in the wilderness. The most shocking part of this discovery, however, is that…he can talk! How is this possible? As it turns out, the wild men are not a new species, but rather a strange society of remarkably hairy, reclusive people dating back to ancient Mesopotamia. The one you’ve discovered can speak English and says his name is Enkidu. Now you find yourselves at an impasse…

Mothman

“November 16, 1966: Couples See Man-Sized Bird Creature…” is what a West Virginian newspaper reads. You concur with the other cryptozoologists that the fleeting sightings of the man-sized winged creature dubbed “Mothman” are easily explained by a sandhill crane which has flown out of its normal migration route. Mystery solved…or is it? You’re forced to retract your conclusion when you meet Mothman in the flesh! Pollution in West Virginia have caused health issues for decades. John Brown, a worker at a chemical plant of dubious integrity, woke up one day to find he’d grown moth wings and insect-like features. He’s been hiding ever since, occasionally being sighted by locals. Sightings of Mothman are said to be bad omens. Mothman himself, however, is just a guy trying his best not to attract attention to himself. He’s understandingly lonely, but he loves being able to fly and he’s doing his to fix the polluted environment to protect others.

He’s very proud of his barely seaworthy ship, “The Kraken’s Maw,” which has proved unvaryingly reliable to him at sea…but does nothing to impress the ladies. Although he has a kind heart, his clumsiness, lack of wealth and general awkwardness has always prevented him from having a girlfriend. Now he’s getting old, but he doesn’t regret his life of adventure…even if all it’s earned him is a beer belly and a bad back.

Robur

Robur was the son of American scientists. He was always strong-willed and arrogant, and his parents always called him “their little firecracker.” Robur’s parents were products of the age of enlightenment and firmly believed that the study of science would be mankind’s salvation and bring about an age of peace and equality for all mankind. Being eccentric mavericks, they never gave Robur a surname, and told him that “they were one with all mankind,” belonging to no people or clan. During a voyage to France, the young family’s ship went down, and only 12-year-old Robur survived aboard a lifeboat. The crew of the Nautilus found him and brought him aboard. Captain Nemo saw great potential in Robur, and began to mentor him intensively. Nemo noted that although Robur was very intelligent and was much like him in many ways, he was also very sheltered as his parents had instilled idealistic beliefs in him. Nemo often tried to tell him that science would not bring about peace and equality, but Robur didn’t fully believe him. Robur, having grown up sheltered and now sheltered aboard the Nautilus, only ever sees men of different nationalities getting along and working together harmoniously. Nemo hopes that someday Robur might be able to lead the Nautilus crew in his place. Robur wants more responsibility, but Nemo sees that Robur isn’t ready to lead the Nautilus yet. Now 25, Robur resents Nemo Robur also begins to believe that he’s missing out on life because he can't leave the Nautilus. He thinks he’d have more opportunities in the outside world, and also resents Nemo for not letting him have the chance to “spread his wings.” While his father-figure has perfected hydraulics, Robur has an interest in airships.

She’s conscious of the fact, however, that most men would be shocked by her secret: she’s a part of Revenant Cor’s gang of highwaywomen. She’s known on the highways as “Jollux Jill.”

Jack Doolan is infamous throughout colonial Australia as “The Wild Colonial Boy,” who ran away from his home in Ireland to Australia to become a “bushranger” or highwayman. His story is told in a ballad: “There was a wild Colonial Boy, Jack Doolan was his name, Of poor but honest parents he was born in Castlemaine. He was his father's only hope, his mother's pride and joy, And dearly did his parents love the wild Colonial Boy.” “He was scarcely sixteen years of age when he left his father's home, And through Australia's sunny clime a bushranger did roam. He robbed those wealthy squatters, their stock he did destroy, And a terror to Australia was the wild Colonial Boy.”
