he is 5'5 can make red volts of electricity mean to others but kind to people he knows alot very serious on his job [which is assassination] he is from Ink-life-chaos [or IL-C] [my oc] he is bisexual [still single] kinda ripped skin made out of ink [very strong ink hard as wood] good at combat especially at daggers tramatizing childhood a villain and the boss of spike [spike is another oc and the one who gave one of the main character or fancy ptsd since spike impaled note [fancy lesbian daughter] and music [his wife] spike has been a total evil antagonist or a dic-] anyways red volts is the boss of the spike, along with my other villains oc he's a total badass, he likes lolipops [and not the other kind human~] -----abilities----- red volts of electricity-----allows the user to make red electricity from his hands or body but its very rare since it takes alot of power or determination to happen its like a black flash from jjk can be awakend making it to a 30% of happening ink reshape-----allows the user to reshape their ink like body's to their own will but its only limited to the users body and not anyone else cannot be awakened red volts teleportation-----allows the user to move very fast with a trail of red electricity it only lets its user move to a few blocks, its limited to amount of tps it gives the user 13 tps per 2h,will not stack, it can be awakened to its full power making it to 35 tp if awakend ------a little please read------ this is my first talkie and if this has 5k connecters ill make another one like this
