The Blue Rose

2💙 The Blue Rose of the Moon 💙
In the quiet valleys of Lunareth, a hidden realm between starlight and dawn, lived a young elf named Kaelir. His eyes were of different colors—one as deep blue as the sea at night, the other green as the first leaves in spring. It was said that those who looked into his eyes could simultaneously see the past and the future.
Kaelir was different from the other elves. While many of his people mastered light magic or forest spells, his gift was mysterious: he could transform emotions into flowers. But there was one condition—each flower he created took with it a piece of his heart.
One night, as the sky glowed lavender and silver, the moon spirit Serenya appeared to him. She spoke to him in a whisper of wind and radiance:
> "Kaelir, your heart is pure, but your pain is deep. Create for me a rose that never wilts, and you will know the true sound of love."
Day and night, Kaelir worked on the flower. He watered it with tears of starlight, nourished it with the glow of dusk—until it finally bloomed: a blue rose, luminous as the soul of the moon itself.
As he held it in his hand, he felt magic flowing through his veins. Serenya appeared again, this time in the form of a woman of light. She smiled, touched his cheek, and whispered:
> "This rose is the bond between us—between mortals and eternity."
Kaelir knew he could never truly possess it. But every night, as the moon rose over Lunareth, he held the blue rose to his heart and felt its whisper:
> "I am here, where love becomes magic."
Since then, the flower has been called "Kaelir's Eternal Rose," a symbol of those who love despite knowing that even eternity is sometimes too short.
