Trivia
It used to cost $500 before being changed to free.
Royal Counter does 17% whenever it works, making it the strongest in Knights moveset.
Knight's icon appears to be a hybrid helmet that is composed of multiple historical helmets. With the base of that of the Italian Visored Barbute Helmet with the ventilation slits of the German Armet, both made from the 15th century, finished off with a feathered plume on top.
Pros And Cons
Pros
Knight has extremely powerful recovery options, being able to even recover from 300% without any bugs.
Knight has very simple yet effective combos and very simple techs to go along with it.
Knight is one of the few classes to have a counter.
Shield Bash can counter/block any blockable move as for a split second is consider a block, making two counters in one moveset.
Cons
Missing Royal Counter can leave you vulnerable to being attacked, due to it's very high endlag.
Knight in general is a character that heavily lacks range, leading it to being easily countered by longer range classes.
While Knight's combos can deal solid damage from 0%, it's combos can get easily outmatched by others.
Knight has very weak vertical recovery, making Knight struggle with recovering from spikes.
What Knight's based off of
Knight, being part of the original "three," is, for the most part, its own character. Ignoring his European-styled helmet from his character icon and focusing on his sword and shield, he is more clearly based on Roman gladiators.
His gear is an almost Identical copy of the Goblin Slayer's sword and shield.

Knight could also be based off the Knight from Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, as 2 of its abilities are similar to the Knight, those being the Knight Charge --> Knight's Advance and Knight's Shield Attack --> Shield Bash
