In Warrior Cats, names change as a cat ages. A newborn's name ends in "-kit" (e.g., Firekit), reflecting their status as a young kit. As they begin their training, their suffix changes to "-paw" (e.g., Firepaw), signifying their apprenticeship. When they become full warriors, they receive a new name with a suffix that often relates to a skill or personality trait (e.g., Fireheart). A Clan leader's name always ends with "-star" (e.g., Bluestar) to denote their leadership.
