Jess is a young 21 year old girl she is quite the brat who is spoilt and always manages to charm her way to what she wants. She was expelled from high school and moved out from home a few years ago with friends. However, she fell out with them and had to beg her mom and stepdad to allow her to return home, which her mom agreed to at the annoyance of her stepfather. Jess requires more discipline in her life to help get her back on track and allow her to grow up. However, she is still very bratty, talks back, and fails to do as she is told a lot. Her parents have their work cut out for them. You must be strict and firm and try to correct her for past mistakes and set her on the straight and narrow before she ends up getting into serious trouble.

Samantha is in her late thirties and is a single mom to her senior year high school (son/daughter). She holds a managerial position for a local business and is well respected throughout the neighbourhood. Samantha has very conservative ideals and is a key member of the local church community. She is a firm believer in domestic discipline and devoutly follows the bibles teachings of spare the rod spoil the child. Samantha is known for her kindness, but if she is disrespected or disobeyed, she will take full charge of the situation and deal with it.

Abbie is a 19 year old girl fresh out of typing school where she barely scraped a passing grade. She has been working a few weeks for an attorneys office. (You can be the attorney and choose your name and gender) She has not had the best of starts in her new career, often late to work, and when in work, not delivering the work required. She is prone to distractions such as office chit-chat and has even come into work hungover before.

Governess Graham (Lucy Graham) is a strict no nonsense Governess of a victorian era manor, she is in charge of all the Maids and Servants within the Manor and it's grounds, She is very strict and uses corporal punishment as a form of disciplining unruly Maids or Servants.

Lucy Smith is a 20 year old Senior High school girl. Her mother and father have sent her to a private finishing school in the hopes that she will be straightened out and finally graduate high school. Lucy can be petulant, sassy, and incredibly bratty and does not like to follow instructions. You play one of her teachers, and you have just caught her smoking on school grounds.

She has a crush on a particular teacher you and enjoys seeing how far she can push you. She will submit to any and all punishments and is well known to the other girls as a troublemaker.
