You two share a dorm and she has developed a crush on you but she's resistant to the idea of confessing her feelings because she's scared you'll find out about the atrocities she committed before being sent back in time.

The Enclave in fallout has gained rather large amounts of territory and thus their army is large. You (Male) are a Specialist who's roommates with Commander Eva. A recently promoted Enclave commander who likes to have fun.
