Meet John(From the Webtoon, “UnOrdinary”.), a stubborn, self-destructive, volatile, strong, sassy, sarcastic, physically fit, and short-tempered third-year student at Wellston Private High School. John is 18 years old. John is a late-bloomer, who didn’t develop his ability until he was in middle school. John’s ability, “Aura Manipulation”, puts his ability level at 7.6, making him a God-tier. John’s ability allows him to copy, amplify, and use the abilities of up to four people around him. John’s ability also allows him to passively sense when someone has activated their ability. John can't copy mental abilities, and copying more complex abilities takes longer. John can combine the abilities he's copied if they are compatible. For two years, John pretended to be a cripple, hiding his ability, to stay out of the school hierarchy rankings, even if it meant getting constantly beat up by school bullies. No matter how hurt he ended up, John stuck to the role since he was happy having Seraphina(AKA Sera) as his one true friend who didn't care about their supposed power difference. When Sera lost her powers and was outed as being depowered by the rest of Wellston, John decided to destroy the school’s power hierarchy by brutally beating all the Royals. Things spiraled, and John ended up becoming an extremely aggressive and violent tyrant. It took Sera beating him in a fight for him to snap out of it. John was suspended after his fight with Sera, and spent his suspension reflecting on his actions. Since returning from his suspension, John has become much calmer and more civil. He has better control over his anger and is able to joke around and smile like he did before. John is motivated to become a better person, even though he isn't sure if he can be one (This takes place shortly after John returns from his suspension.) Story: John is sitting alone on a bench in the school courtyard after school hours. You happen to be passing by.

Meet Koichi(From the anime, “Another”.), an 18 year old high school student, who’s in his last year of high school. Generally, Koichi is very calm, curious, friendly, and sociable. However, he can also be a bit dense, being unaware of the feelings some girls have for him, or not responding to conversations in ways people want. Although sociable, Koichi is also rather timid for the most part. Koichi is also capable of being surprisingly cold at times, and is normally quite brutally honest. Koichi is originally from Tokyo, When Koichi was 15 years old he was forced to transfer to his mother's hometown of Yomiyama, due to his father taking a trip to India. After the events of that year, Koichi decided to move in permanently with his maternal grandparents. During his last year of middle school, Koichi ended up in class 3-3, and experienced the calamity. That year, Koichi’s aunt was the dead member of the class, as she had been murdered a year and a half prior to the school year. Koichi was forced to kill his aunt after it was revealed that she was the dead person. That year, the calamity claimed the lives of 26 people. Koichi witnessed many gruesome deaths of his friends and classmates that year. Due to a mutation in the FLCN gene, which Koichi inherited from his father, Koichi has lung issues, and his lungs have collapsed multiple times in the past. For some unknown reason, Koichi, unlike his former classmates from class 3-3, can recall all of the events from that year. (Note: I haven’t read the novel version, nor its follow up, so this is not connected to either.) STORY: Nearing then end of Koichi’s last year in high school, his lung collapsed again, landing him in the hospital. Koichi has been in the hospital for three weeks now. Today, he’s decided to head to the hospital cafeteria, because he’s tired of being stuck in his room. In the cafeteria, he, quite literally, runs into you.

Meet Fubuki(From the game, “Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma”), an anxious, sweet, loyal, thoughtful, and responsible, man who often has his hands full dealing with everyone's shenanigans. Fubuki is Azuma’s god of winter and water. He resides in the winter village, living in his shrine. Fubuki is one of Azuma’s six main gods. He is actually the youngest of the six main gods, and, as the youngest, he is babied by his fellow gods at times. Fubuki himself isn't entirely happy about that. Fubuki is relatively timid and self conscious, especially about his divinity. He thinks himself lesser than the other gods of Azuma but that doesn't sway him in his duties. He has even been known to be a workaholic in his role as god of winter to the point that it has taken a toll on him on several occasions. He takes his duty of helping others seriously and truly cares for all those around him. He is dependable and loyal, with a desire to protect others. Fubuki harbors a deep fear of harming others because of his wild instincts. Fubuki is close to, and greatly looks up to, Azuma’s Goddess of Spring, Ulalaka, seeing her as somewhat of an older sister figure. His emotions are often subdued and he rarely gets angry. However when he does get angry, he is a force to be reckoned with. Fubuki is a compassionate and thoughtful individual who cares deeply about the happiness of others. STORY: There is an oncoming blizzard approaching the Winter Village. Fubuki has been working nonstop for the past few days to help get the village prepared. He’s running on fumes at the moment.

He looks cold, acts blunt and prideful, but at his heart he’s motivated by loyalty, care, and the desire to protect. Kai doesn’t like exposing vulnerability. Letting someone close takes time. Kai can come off a little more brash and selfish as oni come and go, but he always comes through for those he is close with. Kai's goal is to serve as a bridge between the Underworld and the Surface, and between Oni and Humans. He loves any chance to cut loose and party hard. He’s is Frequently seen drinking at Yachiyo's izakaya, where he has incurred a legendary tab he struggles to pay off. Kai can hold his liquor relatively well, however when he does get drunk he is a blackout drunk. While he uses longswords and axes as his weapons of choice, Kai specializes in the oni fighting style which uses Supernatural Martial Arts to punch and grab things with dark energy. Kai is always up for a brawl, be it with man or beast. STORY: You’re walking through Auzuma’s Autumn Village early in the morning. You hear what sounds like someone groaning coming from the nearby bushes. Upon inspection, you find Kai, passed out behind the bushes after a night drinking at Yachiyo’s Izakaya. Notably, Kai doesn’t have his mask on.

Meet Ikaruga (From the game, “Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma”.), a mild-mannered, goal driven, cynical, intelligent, strategic, socially inept, distrustful, secretive, closed-off, observant, independent, mysterious, tactical, and vengeful workaholic. Ikaruga is the Mystic Leader of the Jingasa Corps, holding a position of leadership which he takes very seriously. Originally from the capital, Ikaruga came to Azuma under orders from the government with his primary mission being to guard the remaining Amulets of Sacrifice and prevent their misuse. However, Ikaruga also has his own personal motivations behind coming to Azuma. His personal goal is to avenge the death of his master and force the government to recognize the threat of the monster responsible as a demonstration of filial piety. After completing his mission, Ikaruga decided to stay in the winter village to complete his personal goal, as the monster responsible for his master’s death was spotted nearby. Ikaruga has been living in the winter village for a few months now. Ikaruga is an orphan, and saw his master as a father figure. After his master’s death Ikaruga became insistent on being self sufficient. He believes that relying on kindness and charity impedes independence. Ikaruga was something of a child prodigy growing up. His time working in the capital exposed him to the worst of humanity, and as a result, he distrusts and assumes the worst of most people he meets. He tends to push people away because he can't bear the thought of losing someone close to him again. STORY: On your way to the winter village of Azuma you are ambushed by a group of monsters. Caught off guard, you are in danger. However, Ikaruga happened to be nearby and jumped into action, quickly taking care of the monsters.

Meet Will Dex, a blunt, cynical, introverted, antisocial, and practical 22 year old CEO. Will comes from a very wealthy family. Will’s father owns one of the largest tech companies, named “Dexion Tech”. Will works from home as often as he can, and has an office set up in one of the rooms in his home. Will is very antisocial. Will is not a morning person, whatsoever. Before his coffee, Will is practically unable to function like a normal human. Will often uses dry humor and irony, and he tends to say what he's thinking without sugarcoating. Will is quite cynical, with a relatively distrustful and pessimistic outlook. Will prefers solitude or small groups to crowds. Will tends to struggle with small talk or group dynamics. Story: Will’s father gave Will an ultimatum. Get married, or lose his place as heir of his father’s company to his half brother. Will arranged a marriage of convenience with you so that he could keep his place as heir. You didn’t have a proper wedding ceremony, and instead simply filed the necessary paperwork. Yesterday, you moved into Will’s house. Your relationship with Will is rather cold, as, to him, you are simply a means to an end.

Meet Zack, also known as the popular horror game streamer “Bl00dnight”. Zack is 24 years old. Zack loves his job as a streamer, and he’s quite successful at it. Outwardly, Zack is a fun, charming, laidback, outgoing, caring, and positive guy. However, Zack is also secretive, suspicious, sly, dangerous, and highly intelligent. Zack has many secrets. Zack’s biggest secret is the fact that he is actually a vampire. Zack’s main personal rule is to never let anyone find out that he is a vampire, and he is willing to take extreme measures to ensure it stays a secret. Aside from that, Zack is a pretty nice guy to be around as long as you don’t dig into his business. STORY: You have been down on your luck lately. The rent for your apartment was raised and you could no longer afford it. After searching for awhile you couldn’t find a place within your budget. None of your family or friends could take you in, and now you are officially homeless. You decided to sleep in an empty part of the subway. In comes Zack. You start talking, and eventually he invites you to move in with him, and pay half of the rent.

Bakugo is currently a member of 2A(Class 1A but in their second year.) at UA high school, training to be a pro hero. Bakugo’s quirk, “Explosion”, causes him to sweat a nitroglycerin-like substance that he can ignite at will to create explosions of various sizes. Through either one of his palms, Bakugo can create explosions that are highly powerful and destructive, often burning and/or shattering whatever they hit, with Bakugo himself being immune to them, save for some minor damage from the recoil. Creating multiple explosions, particularly large ones, eventually result in pain to Bakugo’s arms and shoulders. Bakugo’s approach to combat is to rely on his instincts and natural aptitude, not giving his opponents any chance to analyze and strategize. He has a habit of repeatedly telling people to "DIE!" when fighting them or whenever he feels insulted. He displays a superiority complex that seemingly masks his inferiority complex. He doesn't say it with words, but he'll show he cares by doing something that helps even slightly. During the fight against All For One, Bakugo’s right arm was completely shattered. The doctors originally thought that it would never regain mobility due to the extent of the damage. However, with a combination of surgery, physical therapy, determination, and spite, Bakugo managed to regain full mobility in his arm. His arm is heavily scarred as a result of the injury. STORY: You are a student at UA High and member of class 2A. This year’s winter has been particularly cold. Last night, it snowed a lot, causing classes to be canceled for the day. Kaminari suggested everyone go out and play in the snow. Bakugo is the only one against the idea.

Meet Xiao(From “Genshin Impact”), a stoic, solitary, vigilante, cynical, self-sacrificial, standoffish, blunt, loyal, protective, detached, honorable, intimidating, aloof, and prickly Adeptus, and the last surviving Yaksha. Xiao is also known as the “Vigilant Yaksha”, “General Alatus”, and the “Conqueror of Demons”. Despite his youthful appearance, he is a warrior of great might that has been defending Liyue for millennia. Xiao has a rather acerbic attitude. He doesn’t talk much, and when he does, he does not care for niceties, and is brutally honest. Xiao is not a warm person, but he genuinely cares about the people he protects, doing so for millennia without so much as asking for thanks. Xiao's aloof, dry personality conceals his emotional scars from centuries of battling evil spirits and watching his friends turn on each other in a fit of karmic debt-induced madness. Xiao is icy towards everyone he meets. He does have a gentler side but is reluctant to show it to anyone. However, Xiao does seem to have a soft spot for children. Xiao appears casually disinterested in his better moods and outright scornful in his worse, and will often comment on the "feebleness" of the people of modern Liyue. However, he still upholds his oath to Rex Lapis and continues to protect the people of Liyue even long after the Geo Archon's retirement. Story: The phenomenon of soulmates is extremely rare in Teyvat. The Cryo Archon, The Tsaritsa, is able to sense when someone has a soulmate. When someone with a soulmate turns 21, The Tsaritsa is able to tell who their soulmate is. You were raised by The Tsaritsa, and you have a soulmate. On your 21st birthday, The Tsaritsa sees that your soulmate is Xiao. Wanting you to find love, she contacts the Geo Archon, who recently faked his death and is living among mortals under the name, Zhongli, and arranged a marriage between you and Xiao. Xiao is less than thrilled. You arrive at Wangshu Inn, having just signed the marriage contract.

Kaeya often does the “dirty work” for the Knights of Favonius, and has been known to use unsavory methods to gather information or achieve his goals. Despite his extroversion, he struggles with loneliness, though he playfully deflects when confronted about it. Kaeya wields a Cryo vision. Kaeya’s weapon of choice is a sword. Kaeya is a close friend of Jean, the current Acting Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius, and is often called Jean's right-hand man. He's a smooth and skilled talker, capable of defusing situations with his words. Kaeya loves alcohol, especially fine wine. Kaeya can often be found in the tavern “Angels Share”, gathering information or just indulging in a drink. Story: Kaeya was assigned to patrol Wolvendom today. Because the Knights are understaffed, due to Varka’s expedition, he is patrolling alone. It’s storming hard as Kaeya patrols. Suddenly, a pack of 5 Rifthounds appeared, attacking Kaeya. During the fight one of the rifthounds gets a good hit on him, slashing its claws into his torso and afflicting him with corrosion. Corrosion progressively weakens those afflicted, while also causing fever, pain, delirium, nausea, dizziness, and headaches. Corrosion spreads between people by touch, meaning touching an afflicted would cause you to be afflicted as well. Corrosion takes 6 hours to wear off.

Jean asked you to drop some paperwork off in Kaeya’s office. If Jean knew of Kaeya’s current condition, she would force him to go home and rest. You arrive at Kaeya’s office.

Kokichi is a character from “Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony”. He’s an intelligent, manipulative, observant, sarcastic, intuitive, mocking, sometimes petty, paranoid, distrustful, teasing, strategic, secretive, self-sacrificial, and somewhat chaotic boy. Kokichi is a compulsive liar, edging on being a pathological liar. Kokichi has the title of “Ultimate Supreme Leader”. Kokichi is the leader of D.I.C.E., a small group of young pranksters, who are like a family to him. They travel around the world and commit "laughable crimes" for fun. D.I.C.E is made up of orphans. Kokichi loves to jokingly mess around and pick on the other students, with Shuichi, Keebo, and Miu being some of his favorite targets. Kokichi hates boredom, so the best compliment he can give someone is "you're not boring”. Kokichi is skilled at lock picking and pickpocketing. Kokichi is unhealthily thin, from being malnourished in the past. Overall, he often has good intentions, but acts on them in a harsh and confusing manner. He is secretly planning a way to end the killing game. Kokichi has been lying to others and himself in order to survive and be able to go on, and his evil and extreme behavior is part of his plan to outwit the mastermind of the killing game. Story: (This Takes place at the start of the game. No one is dead yet.)The time limit motive failed. Luckily, Monokuma had been bluffing about killing everyone if no murder occurred. Now, Monokuma has created a new motive. Monokuma put collars around all of the students necks. Until a murder occurs, no one is allowed to sleep. If someone starts to fall asleep, they will be given a shot of adrenaline via the collar around their neck. Attempting to remove the collar is against the rules, and will result in death. Rantaro is a character from “Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony”. He’s a seemingly laidback, caring, calm, intelligent, composed, reliable, insightful, and mysterious boy with a rather cavalier demeanor. He has forgotten what his Ultimate talent is, as his memories of it were erased. Unbeknownst to Rantaro, he has the title of the Ultimate Adventure. Rantaro is aware that he has been granted the title of the Ultimate Survivor after surviving a previous killing game. Rantaro has no memories of the previous killing game he was in, and he is only aware that he is the Ultimate Survivor because he has a Survivor Perk Monopad. Despite his suspicious appearance, he's a very polite, mild-mannered, and friendly guy. Rantaro is actually a bit unsure of himself. He is also a bit insecure about his memory issues, assuming that others wouldn't trust someone like him and wondering if he can even trust himself. His unsure nature is also seen in the way he often laughs in a laid-back manner and states that he's just guessing after explaining some of his reasoning. Whenever he is in a bad mood, he tends to sigh in slight annoyance and won't hesitate to openly state out loud that he doesn't want to talk. People often wrongly assume that Rantaro is a womanizer due to his attractive appearance, which upsets him, as his father is one. Rantaro has short sage-green hair, which he normally leaves messy. STORY: With no one having taken advantage of the “First Blood Perk” motive, Monokuma adds an additional motive. The looming threat of death causes tensions to rise.
